Nelson851452-1001 Shower Spray Pattern Watering Wand with Rezimar Head and Flow Control, Color Received May Vary

This is the best watering wand I have ever had. I had one from about 20 years ago. I wanted another one for the front yard. I tried to find one like it, but most of the ones on the market today are not of the same quality. There is a knob on the wand to tone down the spray so I can have it on full blast for my established plants and softer for hanging baskets and young plants. It delivers lots of water without breaking the tender plants. I ordered one for the front yard and one for the back. My daughter is buying her first house and I will be getting her one also.

The head cracked and then the wand was useless - water leaking everywhere. Awful.... just awful.

This wand might be a little more expensive than others but I have two of them. One is new and the other I've had for over 10 years. Both work great. The wand has a valve that allows you to adjust the volume of water that flows and a hand lever that easily turns it on and off. The water always flows gently even at full volume. This allows you to put more water on your plants more quickly without the hard spray typical of most common watering wands.

Nelson Watering Wand spontaneously cracked completely around plastic distal end 55 days after purchase. Manufacturing defect that could be due to stress lines in molding with cold water/hot weather temperature cycling. Anxious to see if/how their customer service addresses this; requesting warranty info from Amazon today.Tried this product after demise of two Lowe's spraying wands (both broke in fatigue at hose connection point): the complex sprayer head in a year, simple one in 3-4 years.Update 10 Aug 16:Amazon was unable to provide me product warranty information, nor is it listed on the Nelson and Fiskars (parent company) sites. Contacted Customer Service at Fiskars directly. Initially unimpressed with the wait due to: "Call Center is experiencing HEAVY CALL VOLUME." I was informed there were just two in the queue in front of me for 15 minutes, implying it's just poor Joanne manning the phones.BUT...Joanne let me know that the product has a LIFETIME WARRANTY on manufacturing defects and she immediately put in for a replacement, due in 7-10 days. Looking forward to a longer life use of the new wand.

These Watering Wands are sturdy and do exactly what they are designed to do. The water flow adjustment flow works great for slow soaking. The sprinkler head does not wash away soil but yet has a large water flow. I bought them as replacements for the one I was currently using for three years. The only complaint I have is that the flow lever spring in the handle is not stainless steel and rusted out.

I love this because it's a soft non-abrasive flow of water. The picture is misleading with three being shown and only one shipped. I would buy again.

I had this Nelson longer handle easy flow for 5 years and never had a problem with it until it broke. So I paid twice as much for this product based on how well it did for me last time. This time I’m so disappointed! It does not “rain” flow easily like my last one. In fact it only sprayed like rainfall once and the rest of the time it dribbles and trickles and it’s basically useless! So deeply disappointing!

It has a nice gentle flow!!!
