Galaxy Note 20 5G, 128GB, Mystic Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

I just got the phone today and so far it is working and as described aside from the excellent condition. There are a couple scratches on the bottom left corner of the phone.

This phone exceeded expectations drastically. Looks brand new! Works perfectly - came with plastic over the screen to keep the screen safe - came with a c to c cord (no wall plug), was charged to 40%. Phone was exactly as described. Would absolutely buy again, thank you!

SECOND REVIEW. I purchased & received this refurbished Samsung Galaxy phone around September 15,2024, for something like $225.00. I noticed the phone had a few glitches after a month. I attributed it to my learning how the phone worked & learning the new apps. After a few more glitches & adjusting the settings for several weeks. I knew this phone was defective. I lost keep-sake pictures, apps,typing on a website page screen & losing the page & info,the keys to type would freeze up, the home screen would freeze up, the pages would disappear as I read an article, the websites would stall, backspacing key would not backspace, typing was hard because at times some of the keys wouldn't work, space bar froze up at times, two different Samsung techs remotely checked my phone to no avail and my content was not found. I tried to get a replacement but one of the Samsung techs said my warranty had expired. On Amazon.com the last return day was December 12, 2024. Yet, the Top Notch Tech company would not replace the defective cell phone. A 3 month old phone that stopped working properly! Now I'm in communication with Amazon about their A to Z policy. I'm in the process of appealing the denied decision for replacing my phone or my refund by the seller. This $225.00 refurbished cell phone was a piece of junk. The phone is 3 months old no where being a year old for the warranty to expire. The refund or replacement policy is NOT TRUE for all involved. I shouldn't have to pay for repairs. Very dissapointed in both companies, especially, the sellers. Honesty should be a policy. Don't make advertisements that are dishonest. For the stress this has caused me needing my vital life line phone for health reasons....a new phone should be given to me of my choice. ----------------------------- First review about this camera. I liked the larger screen but think I'll be returning the current model for a larger screen but the same model. I think the screen length is 6.9, for the largest screen which is best for my vision. The only things I didn't like for this refurbished cellphone was that no instructional manual booklet was enclosed. I Googled everything that I needed info or instructions on. The battery is good, the picture quality is good, & for an unlocked refurbished cellphone it was in great condition & easy to transfer over to my carrier. I give this phone an 9.0, because I had problems with transferring my apps to my newer phone. I had to download a wireless transfer app to get the job done.

I purchased this phone as an upgrade to my A71 5G (another great budget phone) for $208.00. The condition was listed as "GOOD", but I have yet to find any reason it to be less than excellent condition. All features are reflective of Samsung's quality. The fingerprint sensor is on the screen, and it's a little bit of a PITA, but it does work for what I need. The camera is above average, the battery lasts all day with no issue without using the battery saver setting and Bluetooth always on. Look, I use my phones with prepaid Verizon. While the new flagship phones are incredible devices, they are simply not worth $1,000+ to me. I went from a Note 8 to an A53, to an A71 and finally the Note 20. To be honest, the phone is probably more capable than I am. IT WORKS WELL FOR MY NEEDS, talk, text, data, social media, camera, stylus, etc. $208.00 versus $1,399.00 for an S23 Ultra is an acceptable choice. I don't even insure it. If I break it, I'll just buy another, or even a 22 Ultra if the price comes down low enough. I think my only complaint with Samsung is that they eliminated the earphone jack plug. I'm old, I hate ear buds. I prefer light headphones that plug in, so I guess I'm going to need to get an adapter. The Samsung Note 20 is very capable device with a variety of protective cases available, so for $228.00, you can have a great phone with a protective device.

This phone was decent. I paid for excellent quality but I feel like I received the "good" quality. Screen had scratches. The S pen didn't work. I will say that the seller was quick to accommodate these issues. They mailed me a working S pen (not the same color as my phone but oh well) and gave me a partial refund for the scratches. Overall, happy with the purchase. One thing I was disappointed with was the lack of SD card slot. I didn't do enough research on this phone prior. The Ultra has one so I assumed this version would have one too. But alas, it does not.

I absolutely love this phone! It works perfectly with Verizon and nothing was broken or scratched except for a couple small places on the corners.

I have had 2 Galaxy Note 9's and absolutely loved them so with my new purchase I decided to go with the lasted version available the Note 20.....WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP!!!! I am having a problem with the phone going to a double screen, did all the trouble shooting stuff no change. Called Assurion ( insurance provider) they wanted me to Factory reset & would not make a claim. They said that's all that they would do to fix it if I took it to a service e center & I would lose all my files. They also informed me that this is a known software glitch. Why would you have to factory reset, isn't this what they do when they refurbish? So how is it going to fix the problem? My advise don't buy this version & definitely don't buy the protection plan

It doesn't work and I ask for refund still not processed yet

a pesar de ser un modelo viejo, no de los últimos ni novedosos ha dado buen servicio, también buena ha sido la duración de la batería

El articulo llegó en buenas condiciones, caja genérica y cargador genérico, pero en general buen estado, nada de rayones en la pantalla o carcasa, el S-pen me parece que es igual generico pero funciona muy bien, el unico detalle es en la parte de dónde entra el cargador, se ve que era de los que estaban en exhibición y todo el tiempo conectados, pero en general un 9.

En cuanto me llego el equipo empezaron los problemas, la pantalla tiene un problema que se apaga por largos periodos y no existe manera de encenderla, el equipo podia estar con toda la pila y conectado y ni eso funcionaba, lo lleve a que lo revisaran y resulto que la reparación me salia a un precio muy aproximado al del equipo, lo unico bueno es que me pude comunicarme con servicio al cliente de Amazon y me dieron la devolución del dinero, no recomiendo comprar equipos de segunda mano ya que es una apuesta muy alta y este equipo lo fue para mi
