Nifty kit with quirky operation
A nice piece of kit but with a very quirky way of using it, which is probably why some reviewers have returned theirs & only given one star.Having used it for a couple days now, I reckon I’ve cracked it, so this is how it works on my iPhone X with the latest iOS.Assuming you’ve downloaded the app & fully charged the unit:Ignore the app for now & strap on the monitor. Press start once & let it take your BP. When it’s finished, switch it off by pressing the start button once. Then when it’s off, press & hold the start button until the Bluetooth symbol lights up on the monitor. Now open your app, go to Blood Pressure in the menu (left hand side) & a large blue SYNC button appears onscreen. Press that & your monitor uploads the reading just taken to the app. Job done. It’s very counter-intuitive to have to switch it off before upload but it seems to work. Only a health professional will attest to its accuracy but my readings are consistent so far. Hope this helps.

Not useful for Multiple Users
I purchased this product as we have multiple users in our household, we have an iPhone each and want to track our own data on our own phones. This product does not support this need very well. The iPhone App is multiple user, but there is no separate user profiles on the product itself. Here’s the response from the manufacturer:-“Thanks for contacting iHealthLabs Europe support team to assist you.It is not possible to setup different users directly on the iHealth Track.Use by several users is possible thanks to our multi user app, but please note that measurements must be synchronised immediately to the account/app of each user to avoid synchronising another user's data on the wrong account.”

Not very accurate
No problems with connecting to the app but the blood pressure readings do not seem to be very accurate when compared to the heart nurse using the traditional method as they are constantly a higher reading of usually twenty mmHg

will NOT connect to iphone 7 bluetooth
No Matter what is tried from the instructions on-line, This device will NOT connect to an iPhone 7 Bluetooth connection.Complete waste of money and unable to return as no return button on account.Do Not buy, unless you know it will connect.
