Use for puppy
We use these for a puppy. They are very absorbant and much better than any puppy pee pads. My husband works at the hospital and this is what they use there. At first, I added a spray attractant to it for the dog but now he just uses it without even needing that. They are so much better than any brand/style out there. Easy dog accident cleanup! Worth every dollar.

By far the best but pricey
These are the best pads every you can't go wrong buying them except it drain your wallet. I love these pads because they don't rip you can even pull them some. We started using them with our medicare rewards now we are hooked. They probably do save money though because one pad is enough. Good luck I hope you agree!

Great & absorbent but too small
This is smaller than the others I bought of the same brand and quality, but smaller, be aware. They have others a little bigger.

Match these pads with the correct therapeutic mattress for excellent healing
Keeping skin dry and aerated is a huge challenge for pressure ulcer healing and prevention. These pads are specially designed to work with therapeutic beds to allow air to flow on the patient's skin while drawing liquids away and preventing new pressure ulcers. These pads aren't inexpensive, but in the critical time when it is easy for chaffing and skin break down to occur, they are very useful. They aren't strong enough to be used as draw pads on their own, so they will still required a folded sheet underneath them for repositioning the patient in bed.

These are the best we’ve found so far!
These are slightly smaller than the 36x36 so they’re great for sitting in chairs at a 23x36 size.By the way, the size is in the title of the product. See how this one says EXTRASRB2336? If you want bigger, look for 3636 in the title.Anyway, these are hard on my budget but are sooooo worth it.They hold so much overflow (we use underneath the butt in case of leaks, but have also used for a heavier flow). Just be warned, if the flow is too fast, it won’t have enough time to absorb.Urine gets locked into the pad in what must be gel. Nothing runs off (like those horrific, cheap blue ones) and It doesn’t pull apart or rip open and a ton of fluff falls out.If you sweat or wet, it will stick to bare legs when you stand up but it comes off easier and never falls apart. The only thing I don’t like is that they’re not very soft on sore skin. But they don’t irritate just because either.

Just buy them
It seems expensive and you may question if it’s worth it. They are worth it. We wash sheets daily but it’s not due to them being soiled overnight. The absorbency is the best. They don’t leak or drip. They transfer easily to the trash.

Skin protection
They are excellent and far less expensive than at the local pharmacies (if you can find them there). These drypads were used for someone bed bound. In some cases we cut them in half for use in a wheelchair. Lasted longer that way.The blue pads that pharmacies usually sell are like tissue paper and break up very easily and stick everywhere.

Bloated price
My spouse likes this product very much, she has tried the ultrasorb but doesn’t like them. I’ve purchased this item 17 times in the past five years and it runs for around $180 for a case of 70 but now the price has suddenly shot up to $316, I’ve also seen $467!I’ll look somewhere else for it.
