Worst Quality
Very disappointed with this purchase. The Jiwa Amaranth flour I received was clearly not fresh and appeared to be quite old. It had developed a web-like growth in the flour, which was very concerning for a food product. I had to discard it. Definitely not satisfied with the quality and freshness.

Best
I usually struggle to get gluten-free dough right, but Jiwa Amaranth Flour kneads so easily, no mess at all. The rotis turn out soft, and the mild nutty aroma is something I look forward to at dinner.

Good gluten-free option at an exorbitant price
I have been ordering this product repeatedly since the past year+ as a gluten-free alternative for a diabetic parent. The amaranth flour is of good quality, but v expensive @195 rupees a kilo. Buying it only for the mentioned reason, else this isn't a pocket-friendly option, at all.
User
Great
The flour is so easy to knead and doesn’t turn sticky like other gluten-free flours. The aroma while cooking is really fresh and nutty—feels pure and cold-pressed.
