Although made in China, the quality of the build is very solid from the aluminum heat-sink rear housing to the seals around the poly-carbonate lens. Because the connector and wire are somewhat bulky and there isn't a lot of wiggle room in the "bowl" of a 5.75 " light, you will need to have some patience and wiggle the housing around while trying to find that "sweet spot" where the wire and connector recess into the indents on the light housing backing where you can push it back far enough to slip the housing ring over the lens. It took some doing but I was able to do it. The only issue is the mounting ring still has a 5-8 mm "gap at the bottom and isn't flush...it is very tight though. I just don't want to strip the mounting nut and bolt or worse, start a "bend in the metal ring. Considering this is about 8-times cheaper than the HD Daymaker Projector, the tight fitting issue isn't much of a price to pay. The light pattern is very wide even on low and covers the whole lane at night...also like the fact it's more visible during the day. Installed on 2013 Super Glide and it fit like a glove, no issues with wire or clearances, only took about 10 minutes to install. The biggest headache was trying to get the nut on the screw for the retaining ring. Now the brightness is literally night and day plus it looks cool. If your thinking of buying this light, just do it it is a great purchase and your not paying the stealers price of 300-400 yet you get the same brightness for only 80 bucks

Works much better than stock on my 2007 Sportster with brighter light and a better spread. Pretty easy to install even if you don't have much mechanical inclination. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that this is a budget piece and I'm not sure about long term use (only had it for 6 months). It's very nice for the money but you can tell it's not a Harley Daymaker headlight. It doesn't necessarily look cheap, but it's not a premium product either.

This headlight is fantastic and a great upgrade for any motorcycle. I have had this light installed on my 2013 Harley Softail for over a year now and the level of light this provides while riding in the dark is fantastic. For anyone looking for a plug and play light upgrade for their bike and dont want to spend hundreds of dollars. This is what your looking for. Well worth the money.

It is really bright! Works well looks great. Does not use much battery when the bike is off since it is LED. I had 2 different headlights and one just stopped working and the other got water in it. This one is totally sealed and compact and well made

Overall the product is nice. The reason for the 1 star is because it was shipped with scratches on the lens.

First of all, there were absolutely no instructions and the light although plugged into my adapter didn’t turn on. So I had to remove the plug and manually wire the headlight in myself. Luckily I am a little mechanically inclined so I was able to install the headlight, after a few choice words of course. I was excited to use the headlight which was much brighter than my oem headlight. However when I was riding down the highway the headlight would not stay in place and instead twisted around in its mount. When I got back I made sure the headlight bracket was secured, which it was, and was able to deduct that the headlight was not fitting properly inside the mount. Then I had to jerry rig my own kind of headlight mount to add to the one that came with the bike to get it to fit in there. Therefore after buying this product I’ll agree that the brightness of the light is great but it literally took me three hours to do a job that should have taken ten minutes.
