Jamo C605 Floor Standing Speaker (Single, Black)

Excellent speaker that images marvellously and is detailed, dynamic and uncoloured. I use a subwoofer to extend the base. I find NO flaws at the medium sound levels I listen to in a 18' x 12' x 8' room.

I managed to drop one of these turkeys 11 or more feet straight onto concrete. When I looked down I expected to just see a pile of wood. The corner took a good bashing, but the dang thing still works like a champ. How's that for solid construction?

If your looking for a nice easy-going,yet musical speaker,the jamo c605 towers should suit.They have a refined yet loud when worked sound.Every instrument detail sounds very natural,from elec guitar to acoustic to wind instruments,all is well.Vocals fare well too.They are also very dynamic and beefy when called for too.The only critisism i have is they need a fair bit of oomph. to sound at their best.For movies,obviously a sub would complement them brilliantly.As for build,well not two bad,beautiful looks,fairly nice cabinet build if a little light.If you do decide on them,you will be amazed at what they can do for such a compact floorstander.5 out of 5 anytime!
