Great Fuel pump.
this is a awesome fuel pump and it outputs 60psi meaning it can run a vortec motor. i got this for my TBI 5.7L 95 Yukon. the original pump finally bit the shitter on me. and i have plans to swap in a 6.0 vortec in the future and didnt want to go with a older tbi pump so got this one. runs the truck great. yes its running a TBI TBI requires around 20psi of fuel pressure so this one makes it run great. some aftermarket parts are okay to use in some circumstances but a fuel pump go OE. none of that airtex crap or aftermarket junk. unless you enjoy dropping your tank every six months. i believe my old pump was the factory pump and sender and it survived 25 years before it died on me. thats damn impressive.

had problems with cold starts
I put an aftermarket fuel pump in my 1993 Chevy S10 Blazer 4.3 V6 (Central Port Injection) after 2 months of use it would not start when engine was cold, after about 1/2 hour of trying it would finally start with a boost and ran great when started and also restarted with no problem when engine was warm. I never thought it was the fuel pump so I started replacing electronic components. after replacing every electronic component , Fuel Injector , Distributor, Lower intake gaskets , Battery , Starter, the problem never changed. This went on for 2 years and was the same summer or winter. I finally bought a new ACDelco FUEL PUMP and replaced the aftermarket pump and now it starts great when cold . I never thought the aftermarket fuel pump was the problem because it worked great when it was running. I WAS WRONG !!!. Just goes to show the quality of the ACDelco FUEL PUMP . My truck has more power, runs better and most important , starts when the engine is cold. The truck also has 400,000 miles on it and is still going strong, problem free thanks to the ACDelco Fuel Pump!

nope, no strainer
after reading a review about there being a strainer included in this one I order it, even when it went up in price between the 2 times I looked at it. got it, no strainer. but it fit and worked and was a lot quitter than the old one which scared me that it wasn't working but the truck started and, of course, it wasn't before.oddity...when I researched it before I bought it, it said that it WOULD fit my 1997 Silverado C2500 with a gas 5.7L v8. now it said it wont fit it. go fig. it went in fine and is working better than the old ever did.side note, replace your inline fuel filter (not just the strainer only) when your doing this too.

Don't use the included hose!!!
I thought perhaps it was unique to me, but I was incorrect. The fuel hose included basically dissolves and blows off the fuel line or blows out the side. I had to pull the fuel tank on a road trip 3 times before I was able to solve permanently enough to finish the 1100miles I had left to get home. Replaced with a piece of real fuel injector hose and real clamps. About to use same pump again on a different build project and most definitely not using the hose. But now I need to find a strainer and a plug....
