Kann ich nur empfehlen
Für jemanden der Spanisch spricht/lernt und sich auf Mexiko vorbereiten möchte ist das Buch gut und unterhaltsam. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

NO LO PIDAN!!! No es un libro para aprender, es más como un guión pero con frases que nadie usa.
Pésimo, yo lo regrese. Si quieren un libro para aprender español mejor bañan a una librería y busquen los que son como un cuaderno con ejercicios.

Important for anyone visiting Mexico or (Southern) USA
The previous 101 Conversations in Simple Spanish and 101 Conversations in Intermediate Spanish are excellent for reviewing and expanding your Castillian Spanish, but leave a lot to be desired for those, especially North Americans, who are much more likely to want to understand and converse in Mexican Spanish--not only when visiting Mexico or many southern U.S. states, but with the many Mexican farmworkers who help plant and harvest many of our food crops each year. This book gives a good overview of common Mexican vocabulary and usage, and the Audio version that I hope to get soon will help with the common pronunciation not just in Mexico but Latin America in general--especially the more obvious pronunciation for most of us of "soft c" instead of "th".

Loving this book!
The story is really good, about Tavo who works with his friends and their having to deal with work stuff and some new douche bag hired by nepotism, and Tavo also helps his parents a lot. The conversations in Spanish are easy to follow and have short vocabulary lists after each conversation. The vocab list doesn't show every single word or phrase but most of them. Not all of it makes sense so I feel like I do use Google Translate more than Olly the Polyglot thinks you should be, but after I read it once without looking anything up, I read the vocab list and translate some things, then read it again, and I can follow the conversation in my head in English and I read it in Spanish. Highly recommend this one.

My GF loved it
I bought it for my girlfriend who is interested in learning Mexican Spanish. I read a few pages and I realized that there is indeed Mexican slang in the conversations. The text sounded pretty natural to me as a spanish speaker. I recommend it :)
