The Original Super Donut®

I can hardly believe that these are still around and seem to be the same recipe as the ones I had at school when I was a kid. How many things can you say that about, lol? For the record, I'm talking about having had these back in the very early 80s. I loved them then, because they'd heat them up and we'd get them with cold milk in the morning. Pretty impressive for a public school.I was concerned about making sure they'd arrive without being out of refrigeration for too long so I would only order these during the cold weather months. But they shipped and arrived within about 2 days, which is impressive, with free prime shipping. UPS delivers them and when they arrived I put 10 in the fridge and the rest into the freezer.They're small, so you won't be going overboard having these as a breakfast with milk (so retro, lol) or as a snack or dessert, but they are still really lovely. These are the only cake donuts I've ever had which have a good texture and flavor, especially when you toss them into the toaster oven for a few minutes. These are incredible hot out of the oven.My husband had never had or heard of these and I wasn't sure if he'd be on board but he really likes them as well.At this price, with the free shipping, they're about 50 cents each, which is pretty remarkable. They're all in good condition, no crumpled or moldy items to be seen, and were well protected in a sturdy, well-sealed box.If you're curious and have never had them, they're just sweet enough and not over the top. If you're like me and have fond memories of these as a kid, they're just the same. :)

Tastes just as good as I remember from when I was in grade school, and surprisingly not too bad nutritionally! The perfect snack to have with some cafecito.

I ate these for breakfast in Middle and High School and they’re just as fantastic (if not even better) that I remember them to be. The company typically waits to ship if ordered on a weekend and they usually arrive “next day” when you get the shipping notification.Not only are they incredible nostalgia, but they’re one of the primary reasons I’m doing as well as I am during my journey through cancer. They provide protein, vitamins, and nutrients which help me make it through especially bad days when my appetite is limited. They’re a literal life saver for me.Twenty seconds in the microwave and their flakey, cake style deliciousy goodness are ready to eat! While they’re something you have to chew it feels like they melt in your mouth at the same time. If you’re on the fence due to price/quantity allow me to put you at ease…they’re worth every penny and after you have one you’ll quickly come to find they won’t be around for long.Take the leap and treat yourself to a box. You’ll either thank me later or completely forget to because you’re so excited to tell everyone you know how amazing they are!

I usually order these through the super bakery website, but I had a gift card. Other than the price being astronomically high, these donuts come at lightning speed and they are so good i can’t stop eating them. I have been checking the tracking like a crack head since i ordered them yesterday morning and they will be here sometime this evening. I put them in the freezer and pop them in the microwave for 30 sec. I haven’t found any other donut that compares. I have been ordering 2 boxes a month 😂 i will say though i eat two for breakfast and i wont eat again until i have dinner and another donut or two before bed. I’ve gained 4 lbs.

Perfect quick breakfast item. One of my favorite treats from my elementary school days! So happy I can get them on Amazon.

These are my all time favorite donuts. I usually buy these straight from the merchant which used to be like $40/box back in like 2021/2022. People always say these taste different from our childhood but LIES! They taste the exact same (to me) especially in the microwave for 10-15 seconds!*Disclaimer: The original website usually ships the donuts in dry ice to help keep the donuts fresh but these were just sent in the original box in TEXAS HEAT which is insane, BUT they weren’t hot when I made it home (thankfully my family was home when they arrived) PLEASE SHIP IN DRY ICE INCASE PEOPLE ARE OUT OF TOWN OR WORKING LATE NIGHTS & CAN’T GET THE PACKAGE IN TIME!! Still gonna give 5 stars tho b/c I had no problem with taste
