Is the rubber bottle white, no matter what "color" the cover is? (ie~ if i choose "gray", will water bottle still be white?)

I chose light gray cover and the water bottle is a creamy color as shown in picture.

How do I put ice cubes in the hot water bottle? The bottle mouth is so small.

Hello, thank you very much for your question. You can divide ice cubes into smaller chunks so that it can fit into the hot water bottle. Or you can put water in hot water bottle and put it in the refrigerator, so that the water in hot water bottle becomes ice cubes. A good solution to this problem. I hope my answer is helpful to you. If you encounter any problems during use, please feel free to contact us and we will answer for you.

It is made in China. Thank you.
