I started taking this 6 weeks ago and have noticed an improvement in my overall mood. My job is very stressful and Carnosine seems to help. Crazy nail growth
I’m emailed and live rural country so we eat a lot of bbq and that produces a lot of AGES so that’s why I take it. To most girls, this would be considered a benefit but for me having to constantly trim my nails is a little bit of a pain. However, my I love what it does for my skin.
