Q: How do I get the light to work? I don’t see where to remove a sticker.

There was a pull tab on the bottom of my cup

Q: i gave they cups as gifts and noticed the top of the yellow one was cracked, could I just replace the lid

we do not sell the lid only please email us your Order ID#, we can check the order for you

Q: How does light work? Taking off round sticker at bottom and pushing button doesn't work...

Then I'd say yours is broke as once the sticker was removed the light worked fine.

Q: Does this come in packaging?

If by packaging you mean a decorative Pokemon box. No. It is in a shipping box then I think a smaller plain brown box, and is wraped in bubble wrap.
