M&M'S Red, White & Blue Patriotic Milk Chocolate Candy, 42-Ounce Party Size Bag

I was worried about buying these because other reviews said there were a lot of broken pieces and I needed them to be in good shape for a cake I am doing for my daughters bday. Buying them in the store is so much more money so I took the risk and I was happy to see there were very few broken ones, I mean like maybe 6 out of the whole bag. The bag was well protected in the box and it even had an ice pack to make sure they didn't melt, which was another thing I was worried about. Very happy I didn't spend double buying them else where.

M&Ms where a great value but do buy candies when it starts getting warmer. The "cool packs" advertised were just two tubes of water (size like those ice pops but smaller and shorter). They were probably ice at one point but three days from order time , it was a tube of water. No cooling value at all. As summer starts, it would be melted chocolates and tubes of warm water.

Great product. Came with cold pack to prevent melting. Arrived nicely. They look and taste great.Would definitely order again for party. Literally looked in bag and only found 1 m&ms chipped. They were packed very nicely with very minimal chipping. They are going to look great for my party.

So Impressed with the size of the bag and the cold packs in packing to insure non-melted candy. Will be a great addition to our 4th of July party.

Unfortunately for me, I planned to use these mostly for July decor, rather than just eating. They were advertised as having protection against the heat packing. But as you can see from the picture, the box was pretty big, and the protection (white bag) was completely liquid inside....no ice. They candies are all soft and several of them have cracked and/or are melted.

Candy was fresh but there was some chipping

I was worried that these candies would be delivered and would sit in the heat on my porch ... but this was not a problem! they were packed in a cold bag with ice packs to keep the chocolate cool and un-melted! amazing. I was so impressed with the weather appropriate care taken in this shipping.

A large portion of the m&m's were melted and smashed.
