Arrived next day and was well packaged. It was part of a new bathroom fit so our electrician installed it. Only took him a few minutes so it’s fairly simple to hang but as it’s hard wired, I’d recommend getting an electrician to connect it. It looks really good, the lighting is great, it’s very simple to connect to via Bluetooth and I was very pleased with the sound quality from the speakers!All in all, a great product. I hate writing reviews, they are so difficult... Where to start, well it's a mirror. Its the perfect size for my bathroom but I am less than keen on the picture in it, especially in the morning! That being said it is very easy to live with (the mirror, not the person in it), the switch glows a lovely blue colour when off and provides just enough light for me to pee in the night without getting it all over the floor, which upsets my wife terribly. Once on the mirror provides a pleasant and useful light, it really shows of my wrinkles and ever expanding bald patch. The heater plate is great and keeps the mirror clear when the shower is on and the room is fogged up, this only slightly improves the picture of my wrinkles and bald spot in the mirror though. in fact somedays I would prefer the fogging because at least I wouldn't be able to see how decrepit I have become.Installation, it hangs on two screws and is connected to the electric, it was easy enough for me but then again I am a DIY god. If your'e not a DIY god you should probably get help (an electrician not a psychiatrist... well maybe a psychiatrist I don't know your mental state - if your still reading this then maybe a psychiatrist would be of benefit. To be clear, a psychiatrist won't fit the mirror though, definitely an electrican for that).I bought this for my last bathroom, I have bought it for my current bathroom, its a good mirror and I am really pleased with it. When I move again (because I will, in the near future) I will likely buy it again! Unless I get 6 numbers on the lottery, then I might buy something else.

Very very disappointed. The mirror looks the part, but have found the touch buttons at front to be hit & miss regarding switching them on (especially light). Normally have to stand for a bit poking finger at mirror trying to get it to switch on or off. Have also found the Bluetooth to be very very flakey. Will not work with phone anymore (it did initially) - just a standard Samsung Android phone, but works fine (at the moment) with my Samsung Android tablet. To be honest as I'm typing this I'm thinking maybe I should contact Amazon/Seller as this is 2 selling points of the mirror that just aren't working properly - that can't be right?UPDATE: Now this is how customer service should operate! Following issues mentioned above the seller contacted me and made every effort to put things right. I've finally got my replacement mirror installed, and everything is working perfectly! A BIG shout out & Thank You to Yanie and Gavin who dealt with the issue. So happy now :)

Perfect mirror. Took 2 people to put up but was an easy installation if you know what you're doing.Mirror itself was packaged well and works like a dream. Very very bright and great for bathroom.Only negative is the touch screen button is bright blue and does not dim so when light is off, the blue light is visible and does dimly light bathroom (similar to a dim night light). This is not an issue in any way for us, however, it may be an issue if you were using mirror in another room.I'm very pleased with the quality; mirror/light has been installed for over a month now and we prefer to light bathroom with touch mirror than main ceiling lights.Lovely addition to any bathroom.

Excellent product, easy to install

I always expect these sorts of items to be all style over substance, but to fair it is absolutely fine.The speaker is OK for what it is, the demister works fine, so all good for the price.The only thing, which may an issue for some, is that the 'buttons' are illuminated and cannot be turned off, which are actually useful as night lights.

Good delivery as mirror unbroken. Looks good but the Bluetooth signal to the phone keeps dropping off unlike the mirror in the other bathroom.
