I purchased these for my wife for Mother's Day 2021. While I have lots of experience assembling furniture purchased from online outlets, these lounges were, by far, the most poorly pre-drilled, glued, and malaligned I have ever seen.I, like a previous reviewer stated, could not even assemble one chair in the shape I received the set in.It's like they know what a pain in the tuchus it is to ship back, so they have you over a barrel.After drilling my own holes, using lots of wood glue and clamps, I now have both lounges assembled. There are a couple of spots where the Rattan has come loose already, and I've only had these chairs for about 2 months.Ultimately, I feel that these will last for a season, or maybe two, and the price I paid, along with the additional work I had to do to assemble these was not worth it. Honestly, assembly on these is difficult and extremely frustrating.The good thing about these are that they look very nice, and after my own engineering of the assembly, seem pretty sturdy. I am not a small guy (250 lbs) and they hold me up well. Also, the company was quick in their response to my concerns, and were patient as I griped at them through several emails.The table, which came pre-assembled, works perfectly.Assembler, prepare for frustration.

Do not buy these chairs!!! We have had these chairs for less than a year and the woven pieces are all breaking. We noticed a few broken pieces when we opened the box but honestly I was just happy to have the chairs so I overlooked it. So now not even a year later I am going to have to replace both of the chairs. So disappointing.

The lounge chairs arrive and while putting them together we noticed several places where the dark brown color was missing. There were also areas where it had what looked to be ‘glue’ or something. One of the legs was scratched.I contacted the Seller a few days ago - sadly, have had NO RESPONSE.

Not easy to assemble. Use of screws requiring an allen wrench in tight spaces made assembly difficult. The chaise back does not adjust to an upright seating position. It merely adjusts to mid range. Some rattan was broken. Too much trouble to ship this back. Disappointed and sorry I purchased.

First of all it arrived in 2 days, way earlier than the given time by Amazon. Company contacted me to inform about delivery which was a nice gesture. The product was very well packaged. Assembly was easy. You should know that these chaise lounges are full size, good looking sturdy stuff. I would recommend highly.Keep up the good work guys!

Waiting for a replacement part as the wicker was broken on a part of the chair. Very difficult to assemble two people required. Holes didn’t line up.

I expect better quality when I pay what I did for this product! Not only am I disappointed with the quality of the product I am disappointed with AMAZON! The wicker seats have cuts and the wicker is coming undone. one support bar is about a 16th on a inch short. much of the wood frame was scared or scratched. I could only assemble one complete chair. This was not purchase as dented and scratched. This was purchased as a gift for my wife. I would have uploaded pictures, however AMAZON's outstanding software is not allowing me to upload the crap I bought!Thanks AMAZON for ripping me off!

Love the look of these but man what a nightmare to put together!

They seem sturdy (I weight 220 lbs) even though they do move side to side as I get on. A couple screws weren’t long enough so I had to countersink them. Actually my wife put both chairs together. I’m probably going to put teak oil on the wood, sand with a fine sandpaper. For appearance & may last longer.

Très fragile. très décevant vu le prix. nous avons du ajouter des morceaux de bois et des vises plus grosses pour essayer que ça soit solide. Mais nous ne croyons pas qu'ils viveront longtemps!
