Let's be honest, if you're an audiophile you probably won't want these speakers. However if you want background music in the garden (where there is plenty of ambient noise anyway) or if you want background music or the news whilst you are working in the house, then I would definitely recommend these. The sound quality is not Hi-fi, but is streets ahead of other budget speakers that I've had in the past. In the end, sound quality is subjective and I'm very happy with my purchase. Incidentally, I also have a Bose Bluetooth speaker and whilst these are not up to that standard, they might just be better value for money at the price.
