Skeptical, at first, but boy, is this a winner!
Iโll be honest: Iโve always been skeptical of products like this. Iโm the kind of guy who would much rather drill a hole in the wall, put in an anchor, and use a screw or bolt that I know is going to hold something securely. I needed to hang a 16-inch steel wok with its lid, and it was too large to fit underneath our cabinets. We didnโt really have another good place for it, so I decided to hang it in a fairly inconspicuous spot on the wall of our pantry. The problem was that the wall had plaster and paint over it, and my drill couldnโt get into the space properly. I suppose I could have bought a $300 angle drill, but I decided to try these hooks instead. ๐ I was definitely skeptical. Well, itโs been a week now, and that hook has not moved. Not even a little. I followed the instructions carefully. I cleaned the surface with the included alcohol wipe, applied the adhesive, and waited the full 24 hours before putting any weight on it. The hook is holding that wok flawlessly. And this isnโt a lightweight wok. Iโd estimate it weighs somewhere around 5โ10 pounds with the lid, so while itโs nowhere near the advertised 20-pound capacity, itโs still a substantial amount of weight hanging from a wall. What really impressed me is how well-made and substantial the hook itself feels. The hook protrudes about an inch from the wall, so it can actually accommodate something fairly bulky or heavy. I could easily see these being great for heavy coats, purses, kitchen equipment, or other items you want to keep off the counter or floor. I canโt speak to how they perform on glass, marble, tile, or metal, where the adhesive may have an even better surface to bond to, but on my painted plaster wall, it has worked flawlessly so far. I went into this expecting to be disappointed. I was wrong. These things are strong, theyโre well made, and they solved a problem without me having to drill another hole in my wall. Highly recommend!

Works great
These hooks work great. I used them to hang a wreath, a stained glass picture. They are clear not and not bulky looking. They stick well to my glass window and the side of a kitchen cabinet to hold my oven mitts. Very easy to place on my windows and my front door. Very sturdy much better than big bulky hooks.

Strong hold and excellent adhesion
Excellent adhesion and strong enough to hold a wet rug as it dries out. Placed on an outside metal support and so far the hook has held through hot days and rainy days. I would definitely recommend these hooks although I have not tried to remove the hook yet, so I don't know how easy that will be.

Adherence dependablilty
Those I ordered here have worked fine in holding up bamboo blinds. Those ordered from this company but another major distributor have had several fail. I like them because they adhere without marring the plastic surface to which they are attached, but some of them are inconsistently dependable.

Sticks, even thru steamy showers & heavy weight.
I've only had these adhesive hooks up for 1 week. But I will update if I notice any issues within the first year or whenever I decide to remove them. These adhesive hooks are almost permanent. I say "almost" bc there are a few ways that may allow you to safely remove them. (I have not tried those methods with this particular product. But I have successfully tried them on similar adhesive hooks in the past. I'll include some tips below.) I bought these to use in one of my showers. I would never try using these types of adhesive stickers on a regular wall or semi-porous/porous surface. Based on experience, they tend to peel of a lot of paint or just pull chunks of wall or particle board off when you try to remove them. I got this particular style of hook because it was slim, didn't protrude far from the wall, and fit my particular needs. (Reference my photo to see the plastic hanging shower basket I wanted to mount against a wall in a shower stall.) I used 2 hooks to hold a rather larger shower basket that's typically filled with several large bottles of hygiene products. The bottles aren't in my pictures. But the basket has been stuffed with a total of 5 bottles (3 almost full) and some random, small objects over the past week. The stickers have not peeled, loosened, or warped in any way - despite the weight of all products and getting doused in very hot water for about 30-40 min per day. It gets splashed or steadily doused in water during showers due to the tight space. My bathroom also has poor ventilation and insulation. So, the stickers sit in a steamy bathroom for at least 30 min after a shower. Then the bathroom goes cold... so cold, we hate using it outside of showering. The adhesive hooks seem to be able to handle the temperature and humidity fluctuations very well. And the hooks haven't shown any signs of rust or corrosion so far. (A cheap shaving can will develop rust on the bottom after just a few days of being left in that shower.) The shower wall is pretty smooth. It has the faintest bit of texture to it. The stall is acrylic or fiberglass. You do need to be careful when deciding where to stick these hooks bc once the adhesive touches a surface, it's almost impossible to try to reposition it. You also want to make sure the surface you're applying it to is clean and - if possible - wiped down with rubbing alcohol to remove any possible grime or grease/oils. Additionally, avoid accidentally touching the adhesive part bc your finger prints will forever be visible thru the clear acrylic sticker. Tips for removal: โข Warm up the adhesive with a blow dryer or heat gun before attempting to slowly and carefully peel the sticker off. Continue to apply heat or otherwise keep the sticker as warm (VERY warm) as possible as you continue to peel it away. Be careful not to melt the surface the sticker is clinging onto. (You need a lot of heat.) โข Carefully use a razor blade (or similar object) to slide under the sticker and gradually slice thru the adhesive. Spray some WD-40 or drip isopropyl alcohol (90% or higher) under the sticker to loosen up the adhesive as you continue to carefully slice/scrape it off the surface. โข Use dental floss. Peel back a corner just enough to slide the floss under the sticker. Pull the floss in a back and forth motion to separate the sticker from the wall. There will likely be a lot of residue left behind. Use WD-40, rubbing alcohol, or another adhesive remover to remove traces of the adhesive from the wall. โข Use a combo of all 3 methods. Anyway, I highly recommend these. Renters, be careful where you choose to stick these to! They can be rent-friendly if used carefully. They're way stronger than Command hooks, but not as safe when it comes time for removal.

Would STILL be on your wall after an apocalypse
Bought these a while back and used every single one in the pack. Needs to be peeled off slowly or it'll strip the paint or just take the drywall down if you try to rip it off quickly. They're super strong, and it doesn't loose any adhesion if you want to reuse them or move them. They're wicked strong, and easily held up art, heavy thick housecoats, steel toed boots, etc. One is holding up a 20lb mirror, no problem! I have some in the bathroom and they haven't gotten rusty. Downside!! I loved them so much I wanted more & bought the same hooks from a different seller and they were awful! I put up the new ones to hold a lightweight projector screen (less than 5lbs) and they didn't even last the night before falling off. I put them up on a clean painted wall, made sure there were no air bubbles and left them overnight before hanging anything on them. 3 fell down during the night, were replaced, and 4 fell off after I hung the screen. Totally useless. They wouldn't even hold a silk shirt up. Upside!! If you get the good hooks, they're fantastic and even work on my closet door, which is textured and has small grooves, so the sticker doesn't have 100% seal and it STILL holds on strong. Make sure the seller has good reviews and hopefully you'll get the ones advertised.

Legit Heavy Duty
Legit can hold heavy item, just make sure you let the 24 hours rule for it to sit on the surface. I've put on a wooden surface. I've only hanged my work bag that's probably 3-5kg and it's been a week or so when we started using it.
