REVIX XL Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap for Rotator Cuff, Reusable Gel Cold Pack

This ice pack is perfect for rotator cuff injuries. It has giving me so much relief, and allowed me to proceed with PT shoulder exercises. I use this ice pack after PT and I am already feeling better after a couple of weeks. I leave it on until it is no longer cold. I was not able to keep a regular ice pack on my shoulder without holding it with my hand, but this ice pack is great because it is designed to cover the entire shoulder joint hands-free.

Bought this just prior to my shoulder surgery. It has been great in relieving pain and discomfort post-op and after physical therapy. I would 100% buy this again, should I need it.

We've been using this to ice my sons' shoulders after baseball games. What I like most is how long it stays cold. The gel remains flexible even after being in the freezer, so it molds nicely around my sons shoulder and provides consistent cold therapy where he need it most.

BUY THIS!!! I've had two rotator cuff surgeries and this is a game changer! I wish I would have had it for my first surgery! It fits exactly around my shoulder and is so comfortable and eases my pain! I'm buying two more just so I always have a cold one! It's even better than the ice machine that I rented for a week after surgery!

This shoulder ice pack has been a lifesaver for adhesive capsulitis. The placement is excellent—it really targets all the areas that need relief. It can be a little tricky to put on by yourself, but it’s absolutely worth it once it’s on. It stays cold for about 30 minutes, which is just enough to get great relief, though it does take a bit to fully freeze again. Overall, the relief it provides is amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone dealing with shoulder pain or stiffness!

It's good but it won't last long, half an hour and is already room temperature, I currently have a bone fracture and I need longer periods.

Never get rid of these or give them away!!!! I bought 2 for my rotator cuff/bicep tenotomy surgery in January 2024 and they helped SO much!! Easy to use, comfortable, they work well. I held on to them after my recovery and kept one in the freezer. Fast forward to 2026 and my shoulder/upper arm is in terrible pain again. These ice packs are helping a lot until I can get to my orthopedic surgeon next week. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Can’t not express enough how amazing this product is! My daughter is a pitcher and we use it after every game or even between games! Easy to put on and stays cold for hours

It's really good and does the job well.

I bought this product for a strained shoulder and arm. Best Ice Pack Ever! It fits very well and stays in place. The bonus is you can put it on yourself. Before you put it on you first need to set the velcro loosely for the arm section then the shoulder section. I put it over my head first, then I slide my injured arm in and tighten the arm velcro, I then place the shoulder section where I want it and take my opposite arm and slide it under the strap of the shoulder and it automatically navigates under your arm, you then tighten the velcro strap and voila, you did it yourself. I first ordered the standard size but I found the shoulder strap was not long enough and couldn't manipulate it easily so I returned it to order the XL which the shoulder strap is longer so I can slide my opposite arm under strap with ease and tighten it with ease. I would order XL if you are 140 lbs or more.
