Q: So i am wondering, since loca is a water based glue, and also since you call it hydro, are you simply reducing the loca with light distilled water?

This is a trolling question, buy it and use it, it works! I used mine to add readers to my diving mask, handles pressures and constantly in saltwater the harshest environment possible!

Q: How do you obtain a materials safety data sheet?

Rocco thank you for your prompt response. In order to bring it into our company assembly house, we have to have a material safety data sheet. It is usually provide by the manufacturer of the product. Because you probably OEM it, the company you purchase it from should have a copy. I look forward to receiving a copy of it.

Q: Do I need to buy new screen?

Yes. All that comes is two 5ml tubes and one plunger

Q: If i wanted to press a decal or small, flat paper decoration between two glass or plastic panels, would the loca seal it?

I’m not at all positive that would work well. The Loca is kinda viscous and requires UV light applied to it to cure. It’s possible it would work but I’m thinking you’re looking for some sort of clear resin.
