Excellent ingredients for me as I suffer from mouth ulcers and can’t tolerate xylitol or SLS. However, this toothpaste is quite runny and chalky so not the one for me

This was the only toothpaste I could find that is free of fluoride, preservatives etc. Fluoride is a poisonous substance that is probably best avoided if possible, especially as many of us now have fluoridated water and don’t need any more. This toothpaste makes avoiding fluoride possible, cleans well and tastes ok. It gives me a great feeling to have cleaned my teeth and not be at all concerned about making sure it’s all been rinsed out of my mouth. Same as when my young grandchildren use it as I don’t want them to swallow fluoride unnecessarily. Of all the products that I have ordered from Amazon this one makes a more positive daily impact on my daily life than any if the others so without doubt this product can be awarded ‘Top toothpaste’. Update Dec’ 2023 The toothpaste in my latest order seems to taste much better than past tubes. Perhaps the formulation has been improved? Update Jan 24 The toothpaste that I opened a month ago has lost the better taste that I commented on, it was fresh and minty but it now has an unpleasant taste/smell that reminds me of wet flannels. I don’t know if there is an expiry once opened, will contact the seller.
