Assembled swiftly with good instructions using socket/wrench set; the basic tools that come with it are difficult. A very strong, sturdy, and versatile bench that provides a number of different options. And, it even folds up for easy storage. Very happy with it. TY

This is a good multi function bench that allows for a nice mix of various upper and lower body workout regimen. It is compact and folds up for small spaces. It's able to support light to medium build people ( me and my wife are approx 5 feet 5 inchs and between 130-150 lbs). Gave a 4 star because the foam pads are a bit smaller than I expected, and it would have been nice to get a exercise sheet to demo what users can do with this bench (a quick google search address the latter though)

This bench was easy to put together. Quality is great. We are happy with purchase.

The arms that hold up the bench press bar are thin and wobble quite a bit. One arm moves back and forth, probably putting horizontal stresses on it that it's not meant for. I wouldn't trust it with more than 100 lbs. Nice that the seat folds up, but that's about it.

Was skeptics buying this, as with the pandemic I was desperate for some weights to get exercising again. Initially when I bought thus product is what a last resort to everything else being sold out - but I guess what’s for you won’t go by you - as this bench is fantastic! Good amount of weight to get a good workout in and able to do every compound function! Highly recommend!
