Learn to Brew cbtw Stopper Thermowell

Used this conjunction with the Inkbird Itc-308 Digital Temperature Controller. Works well and allows the controller's thermistor to accurately measure the wort temperature.

Fits my 6-gallon carboys much better than the silicone version that would always slip and pop out. Plenty of give for both airlock and probe, easy to clean after. Stays snug during blow-off but not too difficult to remove. I will likely buy more.

This is silicon and not Rubber as shown in the picture. As I was cleaning and sanitizing, is split right off. Not even 10 minutes after opening the package. They need to let people know this is NOT Rubber in the product description. It also does not fit as well as the rubber stoppers it feels like this wants to slide out and not stay put.

Works perfectly. I have ordered two of these now that I know just how well rhe fisrt one worked. No gases have escaped other than where it is suppose to.

Works exactly as you would expect and the price point is lower than some of the others I've bought. Fits all of my standard glass carboys.

I wanted this thermowell because the stopper is shown to be rubber but the ones I received were silicone, which is prone to splitting. For example, after only a few uses my other silicone thermowells split from the airlock hole out to the edge of the stopper which can expose beer to oxygen. Also, it is too small to fit in my carboys.

Should have fit my 6gal glass carboy but didn't.
