Great hold
Great hold but love the original one better. It smells stronger too. Still holds great though. It does the job just hope it doesn't more chemicals in it. If its not broken dont try and change it.

Lots of Flaking!
The hair gel is amazing, even on my 4b/4c hair. It held my hairstyle super well. But unfortunately, towards the end of the day, ugly whit flakes started to form in my hair. Then when I took my hair out of the hairstyle and combed it the flakes were even worse. I recommend using this gel only before hair wash day.

If you have 4c type of hair, this doesn’t work. It might possibly work for other hair textures.
