I like this mouthwash, it helps to protect your teeth from cavities & plaque because Xylitol makes bacteria not be able to proliferate, so it stops plaque formation. It also has a great taste, ZERO burning of the mouth, very gentle. And I appreciate that it has no alcohol or fluoride.

Tis mouthwash tastes great and is so refreshing. It contains Xylitol which my dentist said will help prevent cavities. I will be pruchasing it again.

I ordered this after being told I have the start of a few cavities. I haven't had a cavity in 30 years and don't want to have any now. After 3 months of use, along with a switch to xylitol toothpaste, my dentist did a follow up and everything looks good. He says I won't need fillings if they stay as is. I am a faithful tooth brusher and flosser, so my only change was adding the xylitol mouthwash and toothpaste to my routine. I like the mouthwash because it doesn't burn my mouth. I am making this a permanent part of my routine.

The peppermint flavor is my favorite, makes my mouth feel really fresh.
