Inov8 F-Lite 230 Training Shoes - AW19

I have worn Inov8 before for trail running and loved them. I have just recently started CrossFit at 47 and saw Inov8 did CrossFit trainers so it was done deal. Not only are they comfy as slippers the grip on them is phenomenally good. If that’s not good enough they are a decently priced compared to Reebok or Noble at the higher end.I must buy a new pair of trail runners too so Inov8 is #dedicated

i love innovate and these shoes are great but the fit is very narrow, also i assumed that a size 4 men would work for size 5 women, and it's absolutely not the case. as a result i can use them for short walks but not for running. very stylish, i still like them as casual trainers.

Great at what they did. Felt like slippers tbh. Used them when I was doing CrossFit.

I have buying INOV8 since 2014 and especially enjoy F-lites.I'm in the Marine Corps and workout a lot, they take a beating and I'm always looking for 195s to 230s to get.

Light weight and durable…I love these for all the functional fitness.

These shoes are so amaaaazziiinngggg!!!! Wore to the gym to lift, cardio. Lightweight and comfy. Felt grounded. Highly recommend.

These are so lightweight and are flat without being so flat that you feel they're lacking support. I don't run more than 800m in them but for the short runs I do in them I feel like i'm flying. They're just so light!

Lightweight, fit great, look great, and make it easy to workout in.
