What I like: The Wrap/Strap: Having a dedicated warp is a game-changer. It keeps the ice pack securely in place so I walk around the house or sit at my desk without it sliding off. Flexibility: Even straight out of the freezer, the gel packs retain enough flexibility to contour well around joints like knees and elbows, rather than freezing into a solid, unbending brick. Microwave friendly: They head up quickly in the microwave (just be sure to do it in short increments so you don't pip them) and hold a comfortable, soothing heath for a solid 20-25 minutes. Things to note: Because they are flexible gel, they stay ice-cold for about 20 to 30 minutes. This is perfect for doctor- recommended icing, but if you need something that stays frozen for hours, you might need a heavy-duty hard pack. Overall, having three pieces means I can always have one in the freezer while using another. Highly recommended for general join pain or muscle recovery!
