Helps my daughter with her eczema a lot! I used many different lotions/creams/ointments specifically for eczema, but this one works best, and it is not medicated. May feel a little thick, but it works really well. This is my second (big) jar.. I started using it on my heels, too - keeps them soft and smooth.
