This product has been a part of my health care regimen for almost a year. I like it because it has no odor or bad flavor. I use it to help with blood pressure control. For me, I can't eat fresh garlic b/c of stomach problems. However, it works for me.I would always recommend consulting with your Healthcare Provider before taking this or any supplements that may conflict with prescribed meds.

I have been using this product regularly since 2014. When I first went to the doctor, I was told that I had significant thickening of plaque in the artery walls around my heart. Once a few years had passed, the doctors reported that I now only have mild plaque around my heart. I'm convinced that it's because of my regular use of this product. I use Kyolic 106, and it has proven highly effective. It is well worth the money as both of my parents died of heart attacks.

Quality product with an excellent reputation

I was very interested in this product for the garlic and the fact that it says it promotes healthy circulation. I took my first dose of it with dinner and thought nothing of it until about 1-2 hours later when I felt my pulse rate increase dramatically. I took a melatonin to help me relax and hopefully sleep, but it didn't work against the effects of the Kyolic Garlic Circulation. i tossed and turned all night and I felt a though my heart was leaping outside of my chest. By 7am the next morning, I tested my heart rate and it was still elevated by 30 points higher than my usual, resting heart rate. I couldn't believe how long the effect lasted. I don't know if my body would adjust and if this effect would eventually subside over time of continuing the pills, but after a very rough night and day following of elevated heart rate and heart palpitations, I don't want to risk continue to use it.

I have found all of the Kyolic products over the years to be top of the line. When I send a request for information on one of there products-they answer quickly and professionally. I have been using Kyolic Aged Garlic Formula 106 for my heart issues. It is the best herb I use for my heart problems. A doctor suggested me to take a very small amount of cayenne pepper-up to 40mg per day-for my weak heart. I found Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract Formula 106 perfect for that amount of cayenne. This doctor said that Garlic and Cayenne pepper were on the top of his list for good heart circulation, but that most people take way too much cayenne pepper for the heart and body system.

Great product. I'm in my early 50s and have been taking this off and on for several years. I don't have a heart condition or heart problems, but I take this as a preventative measure. I usually take for one month then skip 2-3 weeks then start again. Sometimes I skip a month or two and start taking again. I take other supplements that support my heart, plus I do yoga. So for me, there is no need to take this all of the time.

The product is good for the value, and the flavor is as expected for garlic.
