This item will separate the egg from the yoke, although you may have to give it a little shake to get things moving. But it does do what its supposed to so I would recommend.

This is an egg separator so not a lot to say except it does the job faultlessly. Sits well on the receptible and even has a wee rib on which to create a neat crack in the egg. The white slurps through beautifully leaving the yolk sitting proud. I can't think anything more is required of an egg separator? Perfect!
