I would have originally given this a ONE star rating. The package delivered was fine. When I opened it, the packaging plastic bag was unsealed and only the black ink cartridge was there! Amazon customer service resolved the issue. The automated system evaluated my issue and gave me the option of a refund or renewing the order free of charge. I opted for the renewed order. I was sent a new order # with instructions to return the defective order free of charge.I only needed one color, but it was cost effective to order the set. The only complaint I have is my printer now says that replaced cartridge is "beyond the expiration date". It prompts me to press 'ok' to continue. I hope it doesn't eventually lock me out.

The cartridges fit very loose in my printer, one cartridge didn't work and I had to replace it. I wouldn't recommend this set of replacement cartridges

The HP 02 ink cartridges do not fit properly into my HP Photosmart 8200 printer, so the printer will not work after the cartridges are installed. I finally wedged them into place with a piece of cardboard on each. This is not optimal. I am NOT impressed with this product and will not buy from them again.

They did not work at all in our printer

The cartridges shown look nothing like the cartridges received. They do not fit in the printer tightly like HP cartridges do. One couldn't be recognized by the printer as being installed.

Printing can be expensive. I just got my printer going again and I purchased these to get it going. I really appreciate the value and price. I'm not sure how long they will last but I don't print that much.
