Everything You Want in a Weighted Vest
I really love this weighted vest. I did a lot of research before buying into the hype. Once I was sold on using a weighted vest, then I spent time researching what type would be best and what was a reasonable price to pay for one. I was hopeful this full torso vest with adjustable weights would be everything I hoped it would be. This is my assessment now that I have been using it for several months. Pros: 1) It is adjustable and you can add weight slowly to work up to the full weight the vest can hold. 2) The vest is machine washable. You will sweat if you're walking with purpose and wearing this thing. You will get a good workout. It's GREAT to be able to just pop out the weights, wash it and let it air dry. 3) It is so comfortable to wear. The fabric feels gentle where it touches my skin. I don't feel pressure on my lower back, like I had read about some of the shorter vests causing. This one is the full length of my torso and the weights sit lower on my body. 4) I have been using this vest for a few months, going on several long walks a week with it on and sometimes doing tasks around the house like vacuuming, walking around the kitchen cooking or when I'm feeling ambitious push ups! It is holding up very well and I don't see any signs of wear or damage on it. 5) I thought the price was very reasonable considering similar vests I compared it to. Cons: The strings that tie up the sides are rather long, allowing for a variety of body types (so this could also be seen as a Pro actually). If you are a smaller person and don't need all that string, a large length hangs down on each side. There is an easy fix. You can either just tie the strings up in back OR cut them down to the length you need.

Best vest for petite woman
I have tried other weighted vests and this by far is the top of the line. I am a petite woman, 5' 118lbs. I ordered a medium and am returning it for a small. This vest does not dig into my shoulders and fits like a second skin to my body. I love that it doesn't move around, I almost forget I'm wearing it. So glad I bought this vest!

Comfortable and easy to wear
Worth the price. This vest is extremely comfortable. The fabric is soft and stretchy. The vest fits like a shirt and can be adjusted quickly and easily using the side elastic cords, enabling a comfortable snug fit. The front zipper allows easy and quick on/off. The weights are also easy to adjust. Since purchasing I have used often due to the convenient design. Highly recommend.

Great vest with some minor caveats
After trying a number of different vests and returning them all, this is the one I kept. Fits well, doesn't look as dorky as some of the others I tried. My only complaint is there are no extra pockets - I end up adding a phone belt on top of the vest for my phone and a dog bag roll, when I would be easy enough to add an outer pocket for a phone. I also wish I could add more than 10 lbs, but I understood that when I bought the vest. I also would say to size down - I purchased the medium based on the size chart and definitely needed the small. It sort of "bounces" when I walk - so I have the weights in the back lightly tapping my back with each step since I can't cinch it any tighter. Just sort of annoying, not a major problem, but would have been better in a size small.

Fantastic weighted vest that's easy on the shoulders
I've been dealing with back pain that I'm convinced is caused by a weak back and poor posture. I decided to try a weighted vest to improve my back/core strength and initially bought a much cheaper brand, thinking the difference in quality wouldn't merit a higher price. After one short walk with the prior vest, my neck and shoulders were killing me! After doing some research, I found this vest and couldn't be happier! The design - with the adjustable laces around the torso - ensure that the weight is supported by the back and abs, rather than just hanging from the shoulders. The weights are easy to insert, the laces are easy to adjust, and the fit is very comfortable. I highly recommend this weighted vest, especially if you're concerned about neck/shoulder pain that comes with other brands.

Just what I needed!
I did much research before deciding on this one, and I'm glad I did! This vest is awesome! I am 5'4", 130 lbs and the medium fits perfectly. It hugs my body so the weight is close and distributed evenly. I was concerned that 10 lbs might not be enough, but I can feel it in my legs and core when I am walking. The weights are easy to remove and it washed well. This thing is high-quality craftsmanship. It's a little hot in summer, but not unbearable. It's $20 overpriced. My concern with other types that are not a zip vest, which don't hug the body, is that the weights put undue pressure and weight on the back and shoulders and can cause injury and pain. I highly recommend this product. It also has a 1-year warranty.

Best Vest I have Ever Used
As a track coach I look for vest that fit snug and don't bounce around too much for working out in. These are also comfortable for my athletes to wear all day when we are in a hypo-gravity training phase. The sizes are measured for women but I found that the large and medium sizes fit all of my boys

A review for the tiny ladies
This is a nice vest in concept. As with most things, doesnโt quite fit for the very petite ladies. (I am 5โ0โ, 95#, reviewing Small 10lb version.) The absolute tightest you can MacGyver it up (I ended up having to thread the cords into the tabs for the rings - see pics) is 28โ. My rib cage is 27โ, so it is not a snug fit. I was hoping to wear it running, but it will be way too bouncy for that. (You could wear it over a couple of layers, though, to snug it up more.) Itโs also a bit too long. Shoulder seam to bottom hem measurement is 19โ. The hem sits below my hip bones, so the bottom row of weights presses against my hip bones and if I bend my legs more than 90 degrees, the whole vest gets pushed up, and the top row of weights gets shoved into my boobs. Works okay if I just leave out the bottom row of weights, but then I guess I should have just gotten the 5lb vest. MacGyver update: I decided to sew up about an inch of the shoulder strap in the front to bring up the front hemline. This helps, but the bottom weights still hit my hip bones. (Tried a run with it and the combo of too loose and too long (even after I shortened it) still meant the bottom weights were banging against my hip bones with every foot strike.) I might have been able to bring it up more if I had taken more time with it but I just did it on a first go-round to see if it would work. If you do this, at least you donโt have to worry about the armpit holes getting too tight since you can adjust with the ties. Working okay for me so far - better than the original, at least.

Osteoporosis hypervest
I bought the vest after being diagnosed with osteoporosis due to long term steroids. Up to now it is working a treat (although I havenโt had it very long) I havenโt suffered with much backache since using the vest whilst on long walks

comfortable vest, excellent fit for smaller boned women
this weighted vest is comfortable and easy to wear for smaller boned women ... I bought the medium and it fits perfectly without being bulky ... although I often wear small in exercise wear in this case the size chart is true to size and I'm glad I picked M ... the weights are easy to distribute and it does not place undue strain on any areas of concern in my spine ... the lacing at the sides makes any adjustments easy ... I live in a hot climate and this vest will be suitable all year round, not too hot for summer

Fits like a glove size s
I'm 5'2 and 53 kg and it fits me perfectly (small 10 lb). Very well made and quite stylish for a piece of equipment. A bit more expensive, but worth it. I did a 8k walk and it was a different feeling than my backpack with twice the weight. A pack distributes the weight to the hips and this vest weighs more on the shoulders. This is the only negative for me, but perhaps I will get use to it as I get stronger. I'd recommend it for small women who struggle with larger vests.

Great, worth the money

Great fit for smaller women
Love it. It fits me perfectly and I prefer to other weighted vests because it is long and hugs my body.
