Muy buen producto, lo sigo, probando, llego incluso antes de la fecha máxima de entrega, el único inconveniente es que la memoria USB con los controladores viene sin formato, afortunadamente estos controladores y programas son fáciles de conseguir en la red.

First time with cnc and decided on a smaller unit to learn before buying something larger.Mainly used the router but am pretty happy with it overall for the price. You can create some nice signs or mill out things like a ring box in my video.A few tips:If you’re new to it, start with Easel from instructables. There are a number of starter videos out there. It’s easy and fun to use, there’s a free version. You could use open source software too, but there’s a learning curve.Get new bits that are often linked to these products. The engraving one is fine, but you don’t want to mill out with them.The clamps are ok, would invest in some better ones down the line.Watch an assembly video, it will save a ton of time. Make sure you have some thread locker for the set screws and other areas. The machine vibrates a bit and those screws can back out over timeLook up lubrication and maintenance for the railsSo far, I have about 15 hours and think it was a good overall entry level purchase.

The router part of the machine works fine. The laser however, is absolutely horrid. The cheap parts they use are not only defective and unable to produce a light able to burn accurately, but it malfunctioned and started a fire which destroyed multiple things in the room. This was not from the material burning, but the cheap broken lense inside the laser device itself.I do not recommend this product, when there are about a dozen others for around the same price. I'll be trying one of those after I dump off the box of ashes because this company demands so.Easy to assemble. Router works great and engraved just fine. Easy software to understand. So I'll give it 1 star for that. But the dated 2011 software they expect you to use is laughable at best.

This machine received 2 stars because it did arrive on time, was not too difficult to assemble, and is OK as an inexpensive tool to learn how to run a CNC machine. However, the output is of such poor quality that it cannot be used for any project that you actually want to look good. The main issue is the tolerances in the drives and worm screws is not enough to keep the head consistent/accurate. A simple horizontal line will most likely look OK, but any diagonal line or even even multiple vertical lines will be 'wonky'. Diagonal lines tend to have odd bumps and skips and multiple vertical lines all spaced evenly in the GCode will have significantly different gaps between them in the final product. I contacted support (based in China) and went back and forth several times over many days due to the timezone differences and all they ultimately said was to use a different material. What??? I used paper, leather and several different woods and they all had the exact same problems. I ad no intention of using more expensive materials until I could get the thing to work correctly. Then, they told me to make more elaborate GCode. What??? again, this makes no sense since all I wanted to do is cut a simple square and a letter 'T'. Their suggestion would mean run the code, look at the 'problems', then write elaborate code to try and clean up the odd lines. Keep in mind, some of the code I manually created and some was created by the supplied software. Beware of this machine.Update: Eventually, the vendor sent a new unit and the original problems did not manifest themselves this time. I have upgraded the review only to 3 stars because even with the new unit working, it still has sporadic movement issues (and although they are minor, they can cause problems if you are looking for a high quality engrave/cut). For a first machine or just to learn about CNC functionality, this machine works fine - If you want to get high quality output then I would look elsewhere.

Love this gift. Although as I was putting it together one of the pieces were not properly designed so the holes to mount the motor did not line up. I contacted both the manufacturer and the seller and was able to receive a new part free of charge and very quickly. The manufacturer responded very quickly, was extremely pleasant and even sent me jpgs to assist me in putting it together and to learn how to use it. Yes I had asked for suggestions do to never using any form of CNC before. Again he sent them free of charge as well.
