I liked these hand weights initially, but each one already has a hole in them and the insides are spilling out. I have not had them for very long and only use them a few times a week.

They're a great addition to my walks. Not to light and not to heavy. Molds to your hand.

Ive maybe used these twice and the handles are detaching from the body of the weight allowing the material inside to pour out. Super poor quality. Dont buy these.

It’s a great product, I really enjoy my workouts, I thought it had Velcro straps but it’s just a handle to put your hands through, otherwise it’s still a very useful and works well.

These soft, mold -to-your-hands weights, with comfortable wrist straps, are perfect for walking. You can still hold a cup of coffee! Use daily on mymorning walk.

Did not like that the hand strap was not adjustable…could not walk with these without a problem hanging on to them
