WOD Floss Compression Band for Mobility and WOD Recovery Through Muscle Compression, Tack, and Flossing

These arrived clean and they work. We tried a different band, which said it was hypoallergenic but was covered with that powder and smelled like latex. These are better.

I use it to support my brakes on my wheelchair, so I an work out.

I am in my 50's and had started an exercise plan with a local workout place with weights, treadmills and row machines 6 months ago. I started having knee pain and the instructor had educated me on flossing your painful joints. So I got on Amazon and searched flossing. I purchased the 2 sets of bands and have used them weekly to keep the joint pain away.

I am a personal trainer and I teach classes on various methods of self-care for athletes and non-athletes (foam and lacrosse ball rolling, stretching, flossing, etc). Fitteroy brand floss is by far my favorite. It has just the right texture, if that makes sense--easy to wrap, and adheres to itself easily where other brands just slip off of people's bodies after being wrapped.

Came in as expected and works as described.
