Using one as we speak! I bought one so my back wouldn't hurt when I tried to read/study in bed... can't spend all day in a chair! I have a herniated disc in my lower back so this thing is perfect. I bought one just to see how it was, and I was so happy with it I bought another! It is put together well, its firm, very nice stitching, plenty big enough. To elaborate more on all of this:Its firm enough to support oneself without sinking it, this coming from a heavier set person (Over 220 lbs). The one at bed and bath and beyond for around $28 was more squishier than a teddy bear. So I was quite satisfied in this department.Soft/smooth fabric but it also feels very durable and strong. Double stitched.Plenty big enough to fit myself. On a full bed it might be slightly, and I mean slightly cramped to fit 2 side by side but very doable. Queen bed or larger you have plenty of space to fit 2 side by side.Only con is no removable cover but for $35 shipped I think that is okay. Can get it upholstered yourself, a worthwhile investment as I think this thing will withstand father time. Or simply put a small blanket over it.I got 2 Khaki color ones which look great and I think it looks a little more darker than the picture. But not by much.100000% Satisfied, Highly recommended to anyone and everyone!

I am extremely pleased with this bedrest. I got it so that I could do the fairy circle of textbooks, notes, and laptop when I'm knee-deep in my next semester of college.It is softer and more lightweight than my old one. I already use it on an almost daily basis. As someone who rents a room and has the whole kit and kaboodle (office, library, bedroom, entertainment) squeezed into a small space, it's nice to have the option of a backrest, especially if someone is taking up my office chair. In fact, I'm using it right now in conjunction with a padded lap desk so that I can work sitting up in my bed before I go to sleep.And so far, so good on this fabric repelling cat hair. I have two cats of my own, and I room with a family that owns three dogs and one additional cat. Despite that, this bedrest has barely picked up a strand. This is much, much better than the cheap bedrest I got at a brick and mortar store which, in my folly, had been coated with fake black fur. Eegads, that thing looked horrible after only a few days. In contrast, the Brentwood is holding up and looking nice.

After reading descriptions on half a dozen other "bed rest" type of pillows I settled on this one because it seemed to be the largest in measurements and I wanted something bigger for support. This pillow was suggested to me by my physical therapist, I recently had spinal surgery and she said this would help me not only in bed for support but also on my L-shaped couch which sits a little deep.To the cons: - The case is not removable, and it doesn't state that anywhere in the seller's description. Although I would normally think this is a deal breaker, I can just put a throw blanket over it and spot clean if I need to. I read that other customers put an XL shirt "on it" but with my back that's not going to happen... - Although it measures 26" x 18" x18" I admit I laughed when I opened the box - I really did expect it to be bigger than it looked, it was squashed and on the small side. This is made for a bed, so it makes sense that it is smaller but I wanted it a little higher for more upper body support. When reading in bed I usually slouch down and in that manner I guess I would have more of my upper body/head supported by it but since I purchased this to help with the recoup for back surgery, I sit up straighter and just need more support. I can tuck a small pillow behind my head on top of this one for more neck support or a small pillow in the arch of my back if I slouch down. - I was hoping that by just using the Bedrest I would eliminate the need for additional pillows but if I use this on my bed I still need at least 1 additional pillow, whether it be for my neck/head or my lower back. At least it knocks it down from 4 or 5 pillows I've been using to 2 or 3. If I use it on the couch I do not need any additional pillows for support. - The pillow itself was not wrapped in ANY plastic before shipping. It was placed (very snuggly) in a box and that's it. I have a problem with this: A) it was raining and the box was left on my front step. Luckily my husband saw the box and pulled it in before the rain soaked through the cardboard; B) I do not want any fumes or other smells to be in the pillow - specifically from the delivery trucks that are driving all over the place right now during the holiday season! The pillow had a faint weird smell to it so I febrezed it and let it sit all afternoon which seemed to help.The pros: - This was inexpensive compared to many other pillows of this nature out there. - This pillow is very comfortable - not too soft, not too firm. Definitely better than just propping up the decorative couch pillows, which tend to get ruined after a while from all the propping :( - There is a handy strap at the top for easy handling! - It is very light. My weight restriction is 10 pounds and I can lift this by the handle with no problem at all. However, because it is so light, this definitely needs to rest against something. On its on it just falls over if my cat tries to rub against it. - The material is much nicer than expected. I expected it to be more rough but it is very smooth and soft. It appears to be stitched together very well, I guess after some time passes I'll see how it measures up. - I have a Full size bed (54"x75") and two of these pillows could fit fine side by side. I read a review that must have been older, the customer wrote that 2 of these pillows could not fit comfortably side by side on a Queen bed. - This works WONDERS on an IKEA sofa. If like me you have an IKEA sofa that's had a lot of use (3 years and a house full of growing boys) than your pillows and cushions can be in a sorry shape. Instead of having to take all my cushions apart and reupholster everything, this pillow gives great support to the couch without having to rip everything apart. My husband loves it because the arm rests give him that added padding to rest against which is great for our type of sofa. The kids say it's great for gaming and they fight over the pillow since we just have one. For me, to place this pillow in front of the cushions before I sit back helps me to sit not as deep in the couch and makes it's easier for me to get up and sit down.I'll probably have to get a few more, after all this one is MY pillow!

This pillow is fluffy, soft and super comfortable. I bought this pillow for my husband who had open heart surgery and had to sleep on his back for a period of several months during the healing period for his chest incision. It was an uncomfortable time for him but with this pillow it did make sleeping on his back bearable. It provided the support he needed and also provided him with well deserved comfort during times of rest. This pillow is sturdy and well made even after a year of nightly use. The brushed twill cover is soft to the skin and does not require an extra outer cover. It has retained its shape nicely, still fluffy and comfy as the day it was bought. After I purchased the bed rest pillow for my husband, I bought one for myself and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend this bed rest pillow to others who are considering a purchase.

Muy cómodo y bonito

Es lo más cómodo del mundo y sirve perfecto para leer o ver la televisión. No sé deforma y la tela es de muy buena calidad. Incluso me he quedado dormida encima y es muy cómodo.

Been using mine for a week or so now and it's been a great little thing. I bought it to sit up in bed while watching tv/using my computer and it does the job well. It's soft enough to not feel like you are laying on a rock but hard enough to keep you upright and to stop your lower back from hurting.From the feel of it, it seems to be filled with those little foam pellets in beany chairs. So I can see a future where it starts falling victim to the same problem as them where over long uses they start to flatten out, but so far so good.Great item that does the job well and is really cheap. If you need one of these style of pillows I can't suggest it enough.

Bastante agradable y funcional, no ocupa tanto espacio. Tiene el soporte necesario para recostarse en la cama y poder ver la TV o leer. La tela no es tan gruesa lo que hubiera estado mejor.
