Not up to Gold standard

Not great. The gelatine is weak and cloudy. Not what we expect from Gold standard gelatine. Bought 2 boxes but unable to return the unopened box (as it's food based presumably)

De todas as marcas de gelatina que já usei essa foi a que apresentou os melhores resultados. Cada folha pesa 2g e isso facilita muito no cálculo da quantidade a ser usada nas receitas. A absorção dá água é rápida e a sua diluição nas receitas é excelente (não forma grumos). A textura e o brilho do produto final é excelente. Basta saber usar.
