These are the best pliers that I own for working on plumbing.I purchased after seeing a plumber use them. My set are several years old now still work great. I purchase this set and sent it to my daughter for her use. They have also worked well for her.

If you have not used a Knipex pliers yet, you have not lived. They are tough as nails and always grab. There are 2 styles they make. This kind which takes a moment to adjust as you have to open the levers and move them to adjust the size. Good for occasional use. Or they have a button style which I also have for everyday use. Much quicker to adjust the size.Either way, the jaws are the same on both. Unbeatable.
