It's a good snack. The beans are smaller than the OBean brand that I like but the OBean does not have an unsalted variety. Good calcium source and for those who need to limit salt intake.

I put them in salads for protein and crunch. Everyone enjoys them and asks what they are.

Texture was good, crunchy without being too hard.

Crunchy nutty flavor. We like them on our breakfast oatmeal with blueberries and Saigon cinnamon and milk. We began adding them to our diet for additional protein.

Not very tasty!

The package is more durable and easier to open than the last brand I bought. The nuts are in good condition and aren't over-roasted.
