Ive used this rope several times during different workouts and the wire rope is super light and the handles feel awesome but the bearing component it a little stiff which is why I give it a 4. I like to vary my jump ropes and this is a nice addition to my collection.

Good rope for people who are better at Double Under's.
The rope is solid and feels good in the hand. The cable feels a little too light to be for people trying to get better at DU's. The biggest issue I had with these is that they actually came to me with dirty handles already. I'm not sure what that is all about to be honest. If that's how they all are when shipped, I wouldn't recommend buying these.

Best jump rope for learning double unders
Best jump rope I have had yet! Been struggling with double unders for over a year . I can get one du or two du then single . Thus is my fourth jump rope. I keep Buying new different models hoping the next jump rope will be the answer...well with this one I can finally get 10 in a row! It leaves pretty nasty whip marks but once you get better you don't whip yourself as often. Super light weight rope but the handles are heavy so they sit firmly in your palm.
