LOVE LOVE LOVE! I recently purchased a new ceramic top stove and got rid of my old cast iron griddle because I didn't want to scratch up the new stove as I had w the cast iron. This pan is lighter and cleans up easily...no soaking or re-seasoning. I bought the 11" and there's plenty of room for 4 chicken breasts, 4 pieces of salmon. If you want to cook the veggies at the same time, it's better to cook 1 or 2 pieces so there's room for the veggies. I've used it 4x in the last week and couldn't be happier.

I had measured how large it would be, but seeing it I was still surprised by how truly big it is. The pan is on the heavy side too, not as heavy as cast iron would be though. It works well for giving a nice grilled appearance to foods, I wish it could have a lid. I am using the biggest lid I have from another round pan, which kinda works ok, to cut down on the grease splatters.

I’m a 2 for dinner cook. From chicken breast to great steak. I am now a dinner chef.

Pan is very well made and durable. Grilled a nice ribeye that turned out beautifully. Cleanup was a snap. Highly recommend this pan.

The description says 19"x11"x 3", this is not true. It is 1.70 at the most. Not happy with wrong product.

Bought this pan to replace an existing one that had deteriorated. Impressed with the sturdy build quality and the overall finish. First couple of uses have been great. Even heat distribution so I can use the whole pan, not just the middle. Easy clean up with dish soap and water.
