Can't argue with history, quality and superior performance
I have purchased a few other bluetooth headphones to use for working out listening to music and being active for my iphone and these are finally it. I have ear pods which are great for calls, basic music, walking around etc. I wanted something that was sweat proof , good battery life has good functionality paired with and IPhone and these are finally it. For what I spent on the others it totals more then these which are better then all of them. They are light weight, sound of course is amazing, battery life is great and comfortable. Maybe its just my ears but Klipsch in earbuds fit my ears perfectly, never fall out and I get no fatigue. I wanted the neckband for the fact I can take one out or both out and let them drop and not have to worry about losing them or misplacing them. I was very excited to see Klipsch finally created a perfect everyday use neckband that looks good, feels good and is durable. I had a pair of R6 plug in earbuds that I have had for 5 years and never had problems just wanted to go wireless now and this is them! There are a lot of other good less expensive brands out there but I would recommend the extra $ which isn't much and go with these. In the long run they will be a much better value.

Connectivity issues
The Klipsch T5 by far are the nicest looking and feeling headphones I have seen in sometime. The earbuds sounded great and were some of the most comfortable I have used and worn. The problem is that the headphones keep dropping there Bluetooth connection to my pixel 4 thought out the day. The mic on the T5's is also a point of contention in that it is very noisy when you are talking with background white noise before and after you speak.I was really looking forward to liking these headphones but unfortunately they have too many flaws to overcome the comfort and sound quality of the earbuds. Hopefully Kilpsch can fix the connectivity issues on their next pair.

Great Sound Quality and comfort. Bluetooth problems render it useless.
I bought a Galaxy S20 Ultra, and found out after the fact, no headphone jack! That triggered the decision to invest in a new, good quality bluetooth headset. My main requirements were good sound quality, which is something I have always been happy with Klipsch, and a full workday+ of battery life. These headphones deliver both of those things. What's the problem? Bluetooth drops when on calls, and only on calls, not listening to music. Sometimes it can go up to ten minutes without a drop, and sometimes it drops several times a minute. I performed all the troubleshooting I could find, including disabling wifi, adjusting bluetooth power management, and so on. I contacted Klipsch support, and they sent me a new pair (after about 4 months) which had the same problem with dropping during calls. My car audio never drops. External speakers never drop. My old junky earpiece doesn't drop. I have to imagine these work for some phones, but there is some incompatibility. It is really a shame, because I like everything else about these headphones, and have been a Klipsch fan for at least 3 decades.

Great headphones !!
Absolutely love these headphones. I use this primarily during travel and the battery life is amazing while providing awesome sounds quality. While the neck band may seem old school ow, it offers great functionality. The buttons are easy to access, the headphone stay in place, and I never have to worry about dropping an earbud. It is so easy to pop one earbud out when someone is trying to talk to you. Was very happy with how they performed in-flight. Didn't experience a lot of external noise. Only annoyance I have found is the charging port cover doesn't like to stay sealed. Other than that, absolutely loving these

The T5 Neckband is a Major Accomplishment with a Minor Flaw
I've had several days now to audition my new T5 Neckband from Klipsch and overall I'm quite impressed. My buds arrived quickly from Amazon and they were well packaged, charged up, and ready to go right out of the box. A basic charging cable (USB only; no plug) and a few tips of various sizes were included. No carrying case for the set, the charger, or the extra tips was supplied. Right away I was impressed with the look and quality of this product. The leather band, in particular is a beautiful touch. I loved these buds right from the start. But like so many other things I love (including people) I find that I'm trying to learn to deal with an annoying flaw. Buts lets start with the good...First and foremost the sound is wonderful. I've found that current Klipsch sound imaging really agrees with me. I recommend that anyone looking for a powered personal speaker check out Klipsch's "The One." It's a real beauty. Like that speaker these buds offer plenty of bass and low-mid without overpowering the creamy center. Compare that to Beats or Bose products where you tend to get a more intense sound with more bass and more articulated highs but the center channel suffers, often to the point that a singer's voice will get lost or you'll find yourself turning up your favorite show because you're missing the actor's words. Like most recent Klipsch products the T5 neckband really hits the sweetspot. I've spent the last few days comparing the sound quality from the T5 to other earbuds (wired/wireless/truly wireless, on-ear/in-ear, etc.) There is simply no match for it among the extensive tangle of products crowding the drawer of my nightstand. You'll have to invest in a very nice set of traditional over-ear headphones to better the T5. And with the solid seal these in-ear monitors create they provide a good amount of natural noise cancellation and have no problem reaching a volume level your doctor will tell you should be avoided. The T5 neckband also scores very high in terms of fit and comfort. Experiences vary when it comes to fit but I think most people are going to appreciate what Klipsch has done here. The oval shape of the buds allows you to place them in your ear and then give just a little twist to tighten. The result is an excellent fit with a solid seal. Simply put, they are small and lightweight and they don't fall out. I can wear them for hours with comfort; something I've never been able to do with any other pair of in-ear monitors. As far as taking calls goes I'd say that the T5 neckband is acceptable but it won't make you think you're wearing a headset. In fairness it isn't designed to. The call answering functionality works well but don't expect crystal clear reception on the other end. My wife said I sounded fairly clear but a bit distant and she could hear a lot of rustling; the later perhaps related to a topic l'll get to in a moment. The pairing, the bluetooth signal, and the button functionality are all top notch. The T5 sounds a tone when powering on, then a voice tells you if a device is already paired and how much battery you have left. As long as the last device you paired is available you're up and running with a single extended button press. Switching devices is also quite simple and I've yet to have any issues. At work I can leave my phone or computer at my desk and roam freely from my office out into the surrounding 50 feet or so of cubicle land. I can get coffee and step into the bathroom. I've yet to drop the signal without leaving my floor. At home I can walk into adjoining rooms or down the hall until I'm about 30 feet away where my thick plaster walls do get the better of the bluetooth 5.0 and the sound begins to cut out. Still, I'm very impressed. I've noticed no voice latency at all when watching video. The volume, pause, and next song button functionalities work well. One tiny annoyance is the little rubber cover for the charge port. (See my last pic.) It already doesn't really stay closed even on my brand new device and so tends to just kind of hang half open. It'll probably break off before long but good riddance, I don't think it's needed.Unfortunately this tiny little issue isn't the flaw to which I refer in my review title. There I refer to the poor job Klipsch has done with the T5 neckband in dealing with what smart people call "microphonics" and what I call "that annoying noise you hear when something rubs against your headphone wires and it sounds like someone's dragging a piano across your eardrum." Microphonics has been the bane of many a pair of in-ear monitors but there have also been a number of manufacturers that have done a decent job of dealing with it. Not so here with Klipsch and the T5 neckband. I get all kinds of intensified "rubbing" sounds as I walk around or even simply as I turn my head from side to side to view my computer monitors. Mostly it comes from the wires rubbing against my shirt or jacket collar. When jogging its a real bear and a sharp whistling sound from the wind can be heard to boot. Aside from intelligent microphonics engineering (and I guess that ship has sailed with the T5) the best way to deal with this issue is to wear your cord wrapped over the ear instead of straight down or to use clips to clip the cord(s) to your shirt. Due to the neckband design neither is really a good option with the T5. For the most part I just keep grabbing the two cords that hang there (much the way the chain attached to a pair of glasses hangs there) and pulling them in away from my shirt collar, or my jacket, or whatever it is they're coming into contact with. I also find that lifting the neckband itself up a bit helps due to the fact that unfortunately (and for what reason I do not know) the cords attach to the neckband beneath the side stitch and more towards the underside of the band than the top (see the third pic) and this is primarily where the rubbing sound comes from. If anyone out there comes up with a better solution (or the folks at Klipsch have a fix) please post it as these not-so-little sounds can really be annoying. It may be that bad microphonics is an unfortunate side affect of the neckband design but that would be unfortunate indeed as I Iove the comfort of this design. I love having them around my neck just waiting until I need them. I love being able to pop out one bud or both for a quick conversation without having to worry about where they go.All that said, for me this issue is not a deal breaker. The T5 neckband would be a 5 star product all the way but for the microphonics and I'm already getting over it as I get used to positioning the wires to avoid it. I can't recommend these to anyone that get's particularly annoyed by microphonics but I think everyone else will be quite pleased as there is just so much else to like.Wonderfully immersive sound. Top notch look. Great wireless range. What else could you ask for?Well I guess there's that one thing...
