On its own this is not always significant but it is very useful as part of your health monitoring regime or as a quick diagnostic if you are feeling under the weather.The device has only 1 control an activation button to turn it on, power off is automatic once it is removed from the finger. This one quickly settles to a stable reading although it may go up or down by 1 or 2 percent. Your pulse rate is also measured and there is one other diagnostic in a smaller size font that I do not know the purpose of. There is a battery level display to let you know when these need replacing. Another feature that I really like is that the display can be rotated to suit the user, to do this just press the activation button.

It also has adjustable display brightness and shows a pulse curve. I like that it has a low battery indicator.Tips for people using the oximeter- apply some alcohol hand sanitiser on your finger before using it and don't use it if you have gel nail polish

I read from the news, one of the danger of COVID 19 is the invisible Happy Hipoxia.If you never heard that terms, please look at Google.I want to protect my family, so I bought this one for the prevention.It is very easy to use for the family, even I can use it into my daughter small finger.It does not take space on the medical cupboard. Very small unit.It's not expensive unit, I take this as a small investment to protect my family.

Handy to have at home alongside a thermometer as this can also help if your feeling under the weather. Good to check oxygen levels and pulse.I used to use these when working in a dr’s surgery so definitely needed to buy one for home.Easy to use and accurate.

Wanted this pulse oximeter for my Granny so that I can check her oxygen saturation and heart rate easily! It came with a battery and everything!You just put it on and press the button, very simple to use! You can also see how full the battery is which is useful so you know when it needs to be changed!

We have used this to check our oxygen levels , after my sister had long COVID , my brother told me how he had taken one of these to my sisters house , because she was so poorly , she used his and found her oxygen levels were way off , she then was admitted to hospital , could been a different story if she had gone to bed that night , hence I now have one in my drawer ( brill item )

What a piece of junk.To start with the batteries supplied....one dead, one barely any charge and both batteries actually soft to the touch, never seen that before! As for the item itself, readings are a joke! Oxygen levels varying between 30-98, and pulse anywhere between 34-101. Totally useless, even with brand new batteries, same results! According to this device I'm dead or at least in need of urgent medical attention!!I have to award this item at least one star but it is not worth as much as that!!!

I really liked the value for money especially as certain chemists are selling the self and same item for nearly £80 it’s a priceless piece of kit especially in the current environment we’re living in ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
