For seller...it says it is a cotton/wool blend. although many reviewers are doubtful and say there is no label. pls what is exact fabric? thanks!!

It seems to be just as described, a cotton wool blend. It is a very soft breathabe fabric but it keeps you warm like wool. I have worn it alone to walk my dog on non-windy 40 degee days and stayed quite comfortable. But since it breathes, it also works indooors at 74 degrees. Really versatile!

I’m almost 5’7” and weigh about 145. I like tops loose but not overly baggy. What would be a good size for me?

You can probably get away with a medium. I am 5'8" and size 14. I got a large that fits loose but not baggy. The sweater hangs right below my butt and has plenty of extra room without looking sloppy or overly baggy. The sleeves are plenty long too.
