Timberland PRO Men's 8" Boondock Composite Toe Wp-m Industrial Work Boot

I bought these boots for my son he works outside in winter, this is my second purchase of these boots, I’ve owned them for ten years working as a builder outside all winter in Michigan. The leather is still in good shape these boots are the warmest I’ve ever worn. If you want a boot that’s well made and keeps your feet warm and comfortable, get these your feet will be happy you did!

First, these boots are true to size. I wear a 9.5 dress shoe and 10 sneaker. Work boot sizes seem to be all over the place, but a 10 in these boots is a comfortable fit and I could even go down another half size if I did not use thick boot socks. They do run a little wide. There is good padding in the boot and it has a high quality insole. The first thing I noticed about these boots is their weight and solid construction They are rock solid, the boot leather is thick and the composite toes feel every bit as strong as steel. I suspect if you went to kick in a door with these the whole house would fall down. I have not thrown anything major at them yet, and will supplement this review if my opinion as to their durability changes. I am happy with my purchase and recommend these boots to the community. UPDATE: spent the day in ankle-deep snow sludge and mud, after 8 hours my feet were bone dry. Definitely waterproof

My husband has bought many boots at our local boot shop but was unable to purchase this time because he needed them right away and they didn't have his size in stock, so we ordered on Amazon and literally had these boots in 2 days! My husband can't say enough good things about these boots...this is the 3rd pair that he has bought and they usually last him for around 2 + years!! He is a union electrician and does alot of commercial work so he has to have a really good boot, and these are by far the best. They not only have great tread, awesome shoe strings, but also a pocket to put your hand in and pull the boots on! So great and the inside cushioning is pretty great too! Will definitely keep purchasing!

I don’t understand why Timberland has such a bad reputation in the workplace because these are great boots. They surpass any other boot in comfort. They are attractive in style. They are very rugged because they barely got a scuff from stone falling on them. They are showing barely any wear from half a year’s worth of heavy usage. They are a Perfect fit for people with wide feet, as most boot manufacturers’ “wide fit” is never wide enough, so if you are struggling to find comfort, I definitely recommend them.

Comfortable is the only reason for 3 stars. Other than that, I wore them around the house for a couple hours after the first hour my foot began moving around in the boot. From side to side, I've always bought a wide boot since having to wear boots. These things are truly wide. Also the quality doesn't seem to outweigh the cost.

I didn't know what to expect when I put these on. They look like they were going to be stiff, and in a way they are. They need to be broken in, any boot does. But wow are they comfortable. I wear Thorogood on the day to day, and these are honestly more comfortable on the first wear.
