Great pillow. Very comfortable.
I have been sleeping much better since I got this pillow. I got the small one and it's very small, maybe a little too small, would be good for a small child. But even so I love it. Get the larger size if you are thinking about going to the small one to save money.

Helps with neck and shoulder pain
I’m a side sleeper who sometimes wakes up on my back, but I’m most comfortable sleeping on my stomach. at least until my back starts hurting. This pillow accommodates all these positions for me. I especially like that when I’m on my side, there is a cozy dip for my ear. This keeps it from being mashed when I finally relax my head and body. I’m usually tense that probably contributes to constant neck and shoulder pains - both incurred from past injuries while serving on active duty military service for +20 years. The only thing I dislike is that the pillow is too firm. Wish I could fine one just like this shape, but softer. But 5 stars for being better than a standard pillow, including My Pillow, feather pillow, down alternative pillow, temperpedic, etc.

Nice pillow, but smaller than expected
The pillow is much smaller than I expected. This is partially my fault that I assumed the standard size would be the same size as regular standard pillows instead of looking at the measurements. It does offer nice support, but because it’s so small I have to lay on it just right to get the right support, and the “arm rest” areas are too close together to actually work as arm rests. If I had ordered the larger size, I would probably have been more satisfied, but this one works for now.

Not worth it
I’m glad I got the 40+ one because I’m disappointed in the product. First off, I’m bigger than the pillow! My arm can’t even fit where it’s suppose to be. It’s small enough for my child to use. Second, my head is also too big 💀 I’m 130lb so I ain’t that chubby, I’m pretty slim and still couldn’t use the pillow how it is promoted. I’d say spend 90+ on an actual pillow that’ll do the job. ALSO the pillow is soooo thin! It’s nothing compared to my cheap Ross pillow.

Soft pillow may possibly work
First, I ordered the standard size, not what I expected…way too small. Second, it should have been Blue, it was white. I slept on it (used a pillow cover, then pillow case) for one night and yeah I think I did find some relief. Very soft and comfy. However, if you want to rest your arms/hands in the slots on the side just like video, well you’ll need to remove your pillowcase. Most of us use a pillowcase lol. Also, I had forgotten how warm/hot a tempurpedic type material gets. if they do not have a coolant pillow similar to this I may have to keep looking for another cervical pillow. If they do have one, I will exchange.Reason for this type of pillow for me is I have cervical issues and shoulder issues. A lot of pain and discomfort. It even affects my arms/hands. Causes headaches and migraines. If the issues I addressed about the pillow you are ok with then this pillow is pretty good. Today I did not wake up with shoulder pain and neck pain. I would also recommend the Queen size. Happy Sleeping 😴

It works!
I was skeptical but after 10 months of arm/elbow pain and numbness decided to give it a try. I’ve been to my doctor, 6 months of physical therapy, a spine specialist, acupuncture and chiropractor trying to resolve the pain in my elbow mostly at night while trying to sleep. It was first diagnosed as tennis elbow, then a neck or shoulder nerve problem. The PT helped to a certain degree but it never quite went away….until I got this pillow! I’m still amazed at how much better I sleep and very rarely have any pain. I definitely recommend giving this pillow, or one like it, a try!

Not what we thought it would be
From what the pictures depict it looked big and would be a great support pillow for neck and upper shoulder pain. I’m 5’4” 140 and this was tiny for me. First night I was like, ok fine, let’s see how this does and woke up with upper back/shoulder pain (I have neck & shoulder pain) and figured I’d keep trying because maybe it would take getting used to. Third night I flipped it thinking maybe it didn’t have the right up/down for the neck support. By morning 7 still neck and upper back pain (but shoulder was good) and said no since I’m should have gotten used to it by then. Hubby tried it and the next day said it was good sort of but he woke up with upper back pain which confirmed my thoughts. We’ve decided to try higher priced higher rated pillows and see how it goes, as a mid range price pillow this was just an absolute fail - my super fluffy pillow that will inevitably deflate made my upper back (but not shoulders and neck) happy gave me better sleep after this week of ouch.

Completely changed my life! I now wake pain free!
Due to being a side and stomach sleeper, I have suffered from upper back and neck pain for years. I have bought ever pillow on the market from "My Pillow" to $100 fancy name brands from department stores. Every morning I still woke up with some level of tightness and pain. By chance I saw an add for this crazy pillow and decided to give it a chance. DAY 1: woke to very mild pain and neck stiffness. My shoulders felt loose and I felt like I actually had a good night's rest. DAY 2: woke pain free and I have been pain free ever since (3 months and counting)!
