On a 2012 giant Yukon fx mtb fit with bbshd. original caliper a budget entry level cable actuated brake. All pieces as shown. Not sure how they put this altogether for this price. Everything fit perfect. As of now I only replaced rear caliper , cable , rotor. Did bedding in process. Braking at first seemed weak. Ps I'm 250 lbs. On street I could not lock brake up using only rear. Normal emergency stop with front brake too , the rear would lock up. ( weight transfer to front ) guess I'll see how it works on trail. The bbshd probably adds near 20 lbs.. Got a couple rides in now and brake performance greatly increased. I guess bedding in has continued with use.I can lock rear brake alone on asphalt now. On trail works very well.

Good replacement brake setup for my bike, the ones mine came with were very cheap and these are a lot heavier duty. I’m happy with them!

Amazing upgrade for the money! Not only are they much"beefier"Work allot better than the factory brakes on my ebike.. The red color really pops against my black frame..is. Look really cool!
