Not insulated and just a bit less than 16 ounces.
Great little bottle. Bought two to carry through TSA empty at the airport and fill after passing through security. The bottles are well designed with a top section that can be unscrewed to have a small 4 ounce cup or just remove the smaller top cap and drink from the bottle normally. Smartly designed with quick double threads. A nice slender shape to fit easily in a shoulder bag. Uninsulated and very lightweight. Dishwasher safe. I bought one plastic version for my wife and the stainless version for me because I break everything. Important note: the stainless and plastic versions have slightly different threads for the cup section and are not interchangeable. I believe that all of the plastic versions are interchangeable. It's obvious but should also be noted that you can but shouldn't unscrew the cup unless the level is below the top of the bottom section. Overall, a great combo of weight and capacity unless you just have to have cold or hot drinks.

Optimal for my use case
Love this bottle. I needed one that was (1) large enough to hydrate me but small enough that it was easy to carry, (2) all or mostly metal, and (3) easily machine washable. This one fits the bill!

LOVE this item ... I got one as a gift and then gave one as a gift. Perfect size, love that you can drink from top or use as a cup. Great way to reduce your plastic bottle use. Highly recommend.

I would not buy again.
Not worth the price you pay, it's just a simple plastic water bottle with unique design, you hardly use it as a cup then it's not worth it. i would not recommend buying it. My partner even complains that it smells like plastic.
