Good shape, terrible side buttons
TL;DR:I don't like this mouse because the side buttons are unusually bad. Low construction quality is to be expected at this price point but that shouldn't be obvious from the outside. The bottom sticker isn't a good fit for the mouse: this makes the low construction quality far too obvious even without opening the mouse.THE GOOD:- Good size/weight/shape (very similar to Razer Viper)- There is no need for drivers or desktop software. The RGB can be turned off by holding the left mouse button and clicking the DPI button. This is explained in the manual that is included in the box.THE BAD:- At this price point all budget mice have weak "office-mouse" grade internals. (sensor: SPCP199C, 32IPS, 12G, 125Hz USB poll rate). This can be a disadvantage in fast paced games (e.g.: first person shooters).- The side buttons are terrible due to the orientation of the switches, it was probably easier/cheaper to directly solder them to the PCB this wayDETAILS:The photo with 4 mice shows the following models (left-to-right): Razer Viper Mini, havit MS732 (this mouse), Razer Viper Ultimate, Zowie FK2. The size/weight/shape of the havit is almost the same as that of the Razer Viper (Ultimate). Pressing the left and right buttons requires more force than an average mouse button. This is very similar to the Zowie FK2 buttons that also use huano switches and the button covers are part of the mouse body. Some people like harder-to-press buttons, I personally prefer the classic lighter variants. The side buttons have a lot of pre- and post-travel due to the cheap construction quality. They have lighter switches than the left/right buttons. The "forward" side button has to be pressed so deep that my thumb clearly feels the edge of the hole that was cut into the mouse body for that button. In order to press that button I have to move my thumb up from the side of the mouse. This is unacceptable in case of fingertip grip because I need my thumb and pinkie to hold the mouse. The cable is good but not great. The stock feet are extremely flat, they barely protrude from the body. If you press it against a mouse pad with palm/claw grip then the bottom of the mouse might come into contact with the pad especially if you use a soft variant.I took the photo about the bottom of the mouse after scratching everything and reapplying the bottom sticker (forgot to take a photo before messing it up). The edges of the sticker are perfectly aligned with the mouse body but the hole for the sensor was cut inaccurately (seems like a manufacturing or QA issue).

Cheap and cheerful
The Havit mouse is a great budget gaming mouse that performs considerably well.It has all the features one would want from a gaming mouse and performs just as well on other common tasks. The ergonomics on the mouse are fantastic, the hand fits comfortably around the mouse and clicking is just as easy on the fingers. The useful DPI (Dots Per Inch) button allows you to change the speed of the mouse, and the RGB is exceptionally bright and emits vibrant colours, and with up to 7 colour modes, you can choose the mode that suits your set-up.Regarding the side buttons, as a Mac user, it only recognises it as a single button rather than the 2 and the scroll wheel does sound squeaky at times. It's also worth mentioning that the Havit software is NOT available on Mac, so again there are restrictions on how creative you can get with the RGB colours.Overall this product is great value for money, I give it a score of 4/5

Good for the price
Pros:- Good value money.- Good size for larger hands.- Feels comfortable to hold.- Looks half decent with the RBG.- A lot better than some other cheaper mice used.Cons:- The scroll wheel click is getting stuck now and again when pressed which is a bit annoying.- A bit unnecessarily difficult to get drivers. Model no links to a different device. Unless I'm missing something.- I don't find the mouse to be quite as accurate as more premium brands. To be expected though. Bit unfair to compare.Overall a good mouse for the money. I think 4 stars is fair when comparing to other mice around this price point.
