Stoneware Sonoma Dinnerware Set, Black + Speckled Spin Wash Turquoise

The plates are very nice and very reasonable cost. I had to contact customer service about an issue and they responded literally right away. They resolved my issue and went way beyond what they needed to do. I highly recommend them to all.

Bought 2 sets for my daughters anniversary. She likes purple and the pretty swirl. However, the came with some damages dishes. Should have been packed with more styrofoam between each one. The company did send replacements so the set is complete.

I ordered 4 sets of the gray multicolor set. I did not open them for a couple weeks as my husband wanted to save them for his bday dinner. We have had the same plates from b4 we were married and we've been married 35 yrs. I was stunned at how beautiful and sturdy they were when I opened them but 2 of them were scratched. I contacted the company and sent pictures. Litterally, within about 5 days I received the replacements! These dishes are beautiful, strong, and did well in the dishwasher. The company and their customer service is above and beyond

I bought the red set based on the photos in the listing, hoping and expecting something like Chinese red and black dishes. It turns out the red is a lot more subdued that is much lighter than the photo art. To give you n example that most Americans can relate to, the red is like when you make a can of Campbell's Tomato Soup but use milk instead of water. If the base red was a pure red, that would result in a pink color, but there's enough yellow in it that the effect is more like the tomato soup color I described.

The set is absolutely beautiful. They make the food on them pop out. There are some imperfections, but that's fine. My main issue with these is that they are not dishwasher safe, particularly the bowls and mugs. Our bowls have scratches and one of them did chip in the dishwasher. A mug also chipped in the dishwasher after having it for less than a month. We will be hand washing the bowls and mugs from now on. The plates and mugs, however, have been perfect!

Very pretty dish set. Was very well packaged and nothing was broken! If need be I'll definitely buy this again.

So the dishes just seam sturdy they serviced the dishwasher, they didn't chip. I'm very happy about that. They are beautiful I hope to enjoy them for a very long time.
